How do we size a smock that has to fit over body armour?
Measure the keeper across the chest while fully padded up and send that figure. We grade the block from the padded measurement rather than the body measurement, which usually means one to two sizes above their outfield jersey.
Can the smock be washed with the rest of the kit?
Wash it separately at 30°C on a gentle cycle and dry flat. Closed-cell EVA does not absorb water, but tumble heat can distort the foam and shrink the quilting stitch, so air drying keeps the panels flat.
