The minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design. Lower quantities are possible on request, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. Digital design mockups are always free.
How do I place an order?
Send your product, quantity, colours and logo on WhatsApp (+92 300 7019281), by email or through the quote form. A free digital mockup and quotation come back within 24 hours; production starts on design approval.
Can I order a mix of sizes within one design?
Yes. The MOQ of 20–25 pieces applies per design, not per size — a standard team order mixes sizes freely across adult XS–5XL, women's and youth cuts.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes. Your approved designs, patterns and Pantone references stay on file, so repeat orders match the original run.
Design, samples & mockups
Is the design service really free?
Yes — a digital mockup is produced free within 24 hours of your brief, and revisions are free until the design is right. You pay nothing until you approve a quotation.
Do you provide physical samples?
A free digital design mockup is delivered within 24 hours. Physical samples are produced in 5–7 days at sample cost, credited against your bulk order.
Do I need a tech pack?
No — a logo and an idea are enough, and the studio builds the mockup for you. If you have a tech pack, send it: it shortens quoting and sampling.
Can you match my exact brand colours?
Yes. Colours are matched to Pantone references across sublimation, embroidery thread and trims.
Production & lead times
How long does production take?
Bulk production takes 15–25 business days after design approval. Express production in 7–12 days is available at additional cost.
Where are the garments made?
Everything is manufactured in-house at the ZipaSports facility in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan — design, cutting, sublimation, embroidery, stitching, QC and packing under one roof.
What decoration methods are available?
Full-garment dye sublimation, flatbed screen printing, multi-head embroidery, DTF transfer, puff print, heat transfer, and rhinestone or crystal embellishment for dance and cheer wear.
What fabrics do you use?
Performance fabrics per garment: 140–180 GSM polyester interlock/mesh for jerseys, 240–300 GSM nylon-spandex for leggings and compression, 280–350 GSM fleece for hoodies, 350–550 GSM pearl weave for gis, 600D polyester for bags. Shipping & payment
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Orders ship from Sialkot by DHL, FedEx or UPS express (5–10 days, tracked) or sea freight (3–6 weeks) — we prepare all export documentation. Main markets: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany and wider Europe, UAE and GCC.
How much does custom sportswear cost?
Every order is quoted individually — pricing depends on the product, fabric, quantity, decoration and destination. Send your design and quantity on WhatsApp for a same-day quote; there is no published price list.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms and a full quotation are confirmed with your enquiry — contact us on WhatsApp for a same-day quote.
Who pays import duties?
Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in the quotation. Pakistan-origin garments enter the EU under GSP+ and the UK under DCTS with reduced or zero duty on many lines — confirm current rates with your customs broker.
Private label & customisation
Can you produce under my own brand?
Yes. Woven labels, printed size tags, hang tags and branded packaging are produced and applied in-house — garments arrive retail-ready under your brand. See the private-label page for detail.
Do you make fully custom patterns?
Yes. Send a tech pack, sketch or sample garment and the pattern team develops the pattern, grades sizes and produces a fit sample for approval before bulk.
Can you add player names, numbers and sponsor logos?
Yes — sublimated names, numbers and sponsor logos are included in the print at no extra decoration step, and embroidered or heat-applied options are available.
Do you manufacture replicas of famous brands?
No. We manufacture original designs and your own designs only — no counterfeits.
