ZipaSports manufactures OEM and private-label sportswear in Sialkot, Pakistan — your designs, your labels, your packaging, produced in-house since 2005. This page explains exactly what the private-label service includes and how fully custom patterns work.
What private label includes
- Woven neck labels — your brand label stitched in, replacing any factory branding
- Printed size tags and care labels to your specification
- Hang tags — printed to your artwork, strung and attached
- Branded polybags and boxes — retail-ready packaging with your name, not ours
All labelling and packaging is produced and applied in-house, so garments leave the factory retail-ready under your brand. Nothing on the finished product says ZipaSports.
Fully custom patterns & made-to-spec designs
You are not limited to our catalogue shapes. Send a tech pack, a sketch, or a physical sample garment, and our pattern team develops the pattern, grades the sizes and produces a fit sample for your approval before bulk. Panel shapes, seam placement, necklines, pocket positions, cuts for men, women and youth — all made to your specification.
MOQ for brands
The standard minimum is 20–25 pieces per design, with lower quantities possible on request. For established sportswear brands and companies there is no MOQ limit — order what your sales plan needs, from a sample run to repeat bulk. See MOQ explained for how minimums work in practice.
Decoration options
Full-garment dye sublimation, flatbed screen printing, multi-head embroidery, DTF transfer, puff print, heat transfer and rhinestone or crystal embellishment — all in-house. Combining methods on one garment (a sublimated jersey with an embroidered crest, for example) is standard practice.

Who owns the design?

Both. You can customise any catalogue style, or send a tech pack, sketch or sample for a fully custom pattern — panel shapes, cuts and sizing developed to your specification.
Do you copy designs from other brands?
No. We manufacture original designs and your own designs only — no counterfeits or replicas of other brands.
