Minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design — lower on request, and no MOQ limit for brands and companies. Bulk production runs 15–25 business days after design approval, with an express 7–12 day service for urgent uniform rollouts. Tees are cut from 180–240 GSM ring-spun cotton or poly-cotton jersey that holds its shape through repeated industrial laundering, while polos use 200–240 GSM piqué knit with three-button plackets, taped necklines and optional chest pockets. Sweatshirts, hoodies and quarter-zips come in 280–350 GSM brushed-back fleece with twin-needle coverstitched seams, ribbed cuffs and hems, and durable zip closures on zipped styles. Branding is applied by multi-head embroidery for left-chest logos, screen printing for large back prints, and DTF or heat transfer for detailed multicolour artwork; dye sublimation is available on polyester-rich pieces. Adult sizing runs XS–5XL with women's cuts XS–4XL.
