Terms & Conditions
These terms govern quotations, orders and deliveries by ZipaSports, Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan. Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing; an order exists only when you approve a written quotation.
Quotations & orders
- Every order is quoted individually. A quotation states the products, quantities, specifications, price, payment terms, shipping terms and estimated timeline for that order.
- An order is confirmed when the buyer approves the quotation and the agreed payment step is completed. The approved digital mockup and size specification form part of the order.
- Production begins after design approval. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timeline and are agreed in writing.
Artwork & intellectual property
- You confirm that you own, or are licensed to use, all logos, artwork and designs you supply. ZipaSports does not manufacture counterfeits or replicas of third-party brands.
- Your artwork, patterns and approved designs remain your property. We keep them on file only to produce your orders and reorders.
Samples
Digital mockups are free. Physical samples are charged at sample cost with the cost credited against the subsequent bulk order, as stated in your quotation.
Production & delivery
- Standard bulk production is 15–25 business days after design approval; express options are quoted separately. Production timelines are estimates made in good faith and confirmed per order.
- Shipping method and terms (including who arranges freight) are stated in the quotation. Delivery times quoted by couriers (typically 5–10 days express) are the carriers' estimates.
- Import duties, taxes and clearance fees in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless the quotation states otherwise.
Inspection & issues
Please inspect goods on receipt and report any issue promptly with photographs and the order reference. Verified manufacturing defects — deviations from the approved mockup or size specification — are resolved by repair, remake or credit as agreed for that order. Variations inherent to made-to-order garments (minor shade tolerance between dye lots, small measurement tolerance within the size chart) are not defects.
Payment
Payment methods, currency, deposit and balance terms are stated in each quotation and invoice.
General
