How Ordering Works — From Brief to Delivery
Step 1 — Send your brief
Share your product, quantity, colours, logo and any reference images on WhatsApp (+92 300 7019281), by email or through the quote form. A tech pack helps but is not required — an idea is enough.
Step 2 — Free digital mockup in 24 hours
Our design studio returns a free digital mockup of your garment within 24 hours, with fabric and decoration recommendations and a full quotation.
Step 3 — Approve the design — or order a sample
Revise the mockup until it is right (revisions are free). If you want to check quality and fit first, a physical sample is produced in 5–7 days at sample cost, credited against your bulk order.
Step 4 — Bulk production begins
On design approval, fabric is cut and your order enters production: sublimation printing, stitching, embroidery and finishing, all in-house in Sialkot. Standard production is 15–25 business days; express 7–12 days.
Step 5 — Quality control
Every garment is checked against the approved mockup and size specification before packing — print, stitching, sizing and labels.
Step 6 — Private-label finishing
Your woven labels, printed size tags, hang tags and branded polybags are applied in-house, so the order arrives retail-ready.
Step 7 — Worldwide delivery
DHL, FedEx or UPS express delivers in 5–10 days with tracking; sea freight (3–6 weeks) suits large orders. We prepare all export documentation.
