Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data zipasports.com collects, why, and what happens to it. ZipaSports is a custom sportswear manufacturer in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan; for anything not answered here, email zipasports@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, country, product category, estimated quantity and your message, when you use a quote form.
- Technical log data — when a form is submitted, the server records the submission together with your IP address, used only to filter spam and keep a record of genuine enquiries.
What we use it for
Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry, prepare mockups and quotations, and follow up on your order. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not send marketing emails to enquiry addresses without your agreement.
Where it goes
- Enquiries are emailed to our sales inbox and kept in a server-side log so no enquiry is lost.
- If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- Pages load the Unbounded and Space Grotesk typefaces from Google Fonts servers; when a page loads, your browser requests those files from Google, which involves transmitting your IP address to Google. No other third-party trackers, analytics cookies or advertising pixels are set by this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while they are commercially relevant (quoting, sampling, orders and reorders). You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time.
Your rights
Email zipasports@gmail.com to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you are in the UK or EU, you have these rights under UK GDPR / GDPR; we honour the same requests from buyers everywhere.

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies.
