Field hockey jerseys are cut from 140–180 GSM 100% polyester interlock or pin-dot mesh with a moisture-wicking finish, dye-sublimated so shirt numbers, sponsor logos and colour panels are dyed into the fabric and cannot peel on artificial turf. Turf shorts use the same 140–180 GSM polyester range, cut for lunging and low defensive positions. Goalkeeper shirts come in contrasting colourways and looser cuts to fit over protective padding, and compression leggings run on 240–300 GSM squat-proof nylon-spandex.

Clubs and school programmes typically order 20–60 uniforms per design; university sides and hockey brands order larger runs with private-label neck labels.
