We are a custom sportswear factory, not a trading office. ZIPA SPORTS, trading as ZipaSports, owns the printers, presses, cutting tables, sewing machines and embroidery heads in its own building in Sialkot, Punjab, and employs the people who run them — around 162 staff. Every garment is made to order: there is no stock catalogue and no price list, because each piece is cut to a buyer's pattern, printed with the buyer's artwork and finished with the buyer's own labels.
We manufacture under our customers' brands, so our name is not in the garments we ship. What is checkable is the floor they were made on: ask for a live video tour and you will see the departments below running. Where a component is made by a dedicated partner unit rather than by us — woven labels, knitted socks, silicone badges — we say so on this page.

ZipaSports was founded in Sialkot, Pakistan — the globally recognised capital of high-performance sportswear manufacturing. From our very first stitch in 2005, the job has stayed the same: manufacture sportswear to each customer's exact design, specification and label — and deliver it on the date agreed.
Since 2005 we have grown from a small family operation into a full-scale export manufacturing facility. Today the factory employs around 162 people across in-house sublimation and printing, multi-head embroidery, precision cutting and stitching lines, with a dedicated quality-control team inspecting every order before it ships.

Who does the work: around 162 staff
Around 162 people work at ZipaSports, across the departments listed below. The proprietor is Muhammad Saeed. Export sales and business development is handled by Umer, who is the person a buyer deals with from the first enquiry through to the shipping documents.
We do not publish a headcount per department. Operators are trained on more than one machine and move between lines as the order mix changes through the week — a month heavy in sublimated jerseys and one heavy in fleece hoodies do not need the same people in the same places.

Cutting, printing, stitching, embroidery, quality control and packing are done by our own staff on our own floor. We do not pass sewing work to another unit; the only components made outside are named in the next section.
What we make in-house, and what a partner unit makes
Three items on a ZipaSports order are made by dedicated partner units rather than on our floor: silicone badges, knitted socks and woven labels. Everything else in the table below is made in our own building by our own staff.
What "partner unit" means on a ZipaSports order
A partner unit is a separate specialist factory in Sialkot that runs machinery we do not own — narrow-fabric looms, circular sock knitting machines, silicone moulding and curing tooling. This is normal trade practice here: according to the Sialkot Chamber of Commerce & Industry, about 6,800 firms are registered in the city, many of them single-process plants that supply other manufacturers. Partner-made components are inspected on arrival and go through the same final inspection as everything else; the delivery date and the quality guarantee stay with us.

The materials we work in, and the ranges they go into
ZipaSports buys fabric against each approved order rather than holding a stock range, so the GSM you sign off at mockup stage is the GSM that is cut. The table lists the standard options by product range; a buyer can specify outside these ranges on a tech pack.

Does ZipaSports have a stock catalogue or a price list?
No. There is no stock catalogue and no price list, because every order is manufactured from the buyer's own design, fabric choice and labels. Quotations are prepared per enquiry against the garment, fabric, quantity and decoration, and pricing is quoted delivered to your door.
Which fabrics and weights does the factory work in?
Standard options run from 140 to 180 GSM polyester interlock and mesh for jerseys, 240 to 300 GSM four-way stretch for leggings and compression, 280 to 350 GSM fleece for hoodies, and 350 to 550 GSM pearl weave for gis. Recycled GRS polyester is available on request.
