The Business Social Compliance Initiative audit covers working conditions, wages, hours and worker safety at the facility.
GRS — Global Recycled Standard
GRS-certified recycled polyester options are available on request — for brands with recycled-content commitments.
SGS testing — Third-party product testing
Product and fabric testing through SGS is available for orders that require independent verification of composition, GSM or colour fastness.
Export licence — Government of Pakistan
ZipaSports is a licensed exporter registered with the Government of Pakistan, handling its own export documentation.

Fabrics are tested to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for harmful substances. Certificate copies are available on request; testing scope for your specific order can be confirmed with your quotation.
Can I audit or visit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome, and a live video tour of the production floor can be arranged on WhatsApp for buyers who cannot travel to Sialkot, Pakistan.
Do you offer recycled fabric options?
Yes — GRS-certified recycled polyester options are available on request for most sublimated garments.
What happens if my garments arrive with a defect?
Quality Guarantee: if any garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we remake it free of charge — the remake goes into production within 3 days of your report. Send photos and your order reference within 7 days of delivery; replacement pieces are shipped to you at no charge, or we issue a credit if you prefer. Full policy: Quality Guarantee.
