Polos are knitted in 200–240 GSM polyester and poly-cotton piqué with self-fabric collars, three-button plackets and side vents. Midlayers use 280 GSM brushed-back stretch fleece, while trousers and shorts are cut from 240 GSM nylon-spandex four-way stretch wovens with silicone gripper waistbands. Decoration covers full-garment dye sublimation, multi-head embroidery for crests and sponsor logos, DTF transfers, heat transfer and flatbed screen printing — tone-on-tone embroidery is the most requested finish on club orders. Every run is produced under our ISO 9001:2015 system on OEKO-TEX Standard 100 fabrics, with GRS-certified recycled polyester available on request.
