Fabric for Gulf heat: outdoor academies and air-conditioned gyms
For outdoor training in the UAE we recommend the lighter end of our jersey range: 140–160 GSM pin-dot mesh or interlock with a moisture-wicking finish. The 170–180 GSM weights that suit a European winter hold more heat than an academy needs in Dubai in September.
Long sleeves are a practical option for midday and early-afternoon sessions, and a long-sleeve jersey in 140 GSM mesh weighs very little more than a short-sleeve one. We do not test or claim UPF ratings, so if sun coverage is the aim, specify the long sleeve, a collar or a higher neckline on the mockup rather than relying on a rating we cannot certify.
Indoors, UAE gyms are air-conditioned and members still buy hoodies and joggers as merchandise; for those we suggest performance polyester fleece at 240–300 GSM rather than 280–350 GSM cotton-polyester fleece. Leggings stay at 240–300 GSM 4-way stretch whatever the climate, because that weight is what makes them squat-proof. Ranges by garment are on fabrics and the GSM chart.
Duty, delivery and paperwork for UAE orders

Sizing and cuts for a mixed-nationality UAE roster
UAE gyms, academies and workforces are multinational, which makes letter sizes unreliable: a "Large" from Manila, Mumbai and Manchester is three different garments. We size against a measured chart in centimetres and recommend collecting chest and body-length measurements rather than letter sizes.
The adult range is XS–5XL, women's XS–4XL, and youth sizes cover academies and schools, with fully custom size charts and cuts for men, women and youth. Patterns are made and graded on computer, so a school can have a slimmer youth block and a regular adult block in the same design.
