Free 24-Hour Custom Sportswear Design Mockup

In short: ZipaSports, a custom sportswear manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, produces a free digital design mockup within 24 hours for any club, academy, gym, startup brand or distributor that sends a logo, colours and an idea. Revisions are unlimited and free, there is no obligation to order, and the approved mockup becomes the reference every garment is checked against in production.

What the free design mockup includes

The free design mockup is a digital rendering of your garment, produced by the ZipaSports in-house studio in Sialkot, Pakistan and sent within 24 hours of receiving your brief. It costs nothing, carries no obligation to order, and can be revised as many times as you need before you approve it.

A mockup is not a rough sketch. It is drawn on the actual garment template we cut from, so the neckline, panel lines, sleeve shape and print areas are the ones the factory will use. Names, numbers, sponsor logos and club crests are placed at production positions. Colours are set from your Pantone references where you have them.

The mockup arrives with three things attached: a fabric and GSM recommendation for the sport and climate, a decoration recommendation (sublimation, embroidery, screen print, DTF, puff or rhinestone), and a quotation for the quantity you gave us. One message from you starts it; one reply from us gives you everything needed to decide.

What to send us

Send as much of this list as you have in the first message. Missing items do not stop the studio starting; they add a revision round.

What you get back, and when

Within 24 hours of a complete brief, you receive a front-and-back mockup of each garment, a fabric and GSM recommendation, a decoration recommendation and a quotation. If the brief arrives on a Saturday evening, the 24 hours runs from the next working slot; office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time.

The fabric line on the mockup is specific. A football jersey will say polyester interlock or mesh with a moisture-wicking finish at 140–180 GSM; a hoodie will say cotton-polyester fleece at 280–350 GSM; leggings will say nylon-spandex or polyester-spandex at 240–300 GSM. If your climate or budget points to a different weight, say so and the next version changes it.

The decoration line explains the choice. Full-colour designs on polyester go to dye-sublimation, where names, numbers and sponsors print in the same pass. Crests on polos and fleece go to embroidery; single-colour logos on cotton to screen print or DTF. Where two methods would work, the mockup notes both so you can pick on cost or finish.

Replies on WhatsApp come within 2 hours in office hours; email within 24 hours.

Unlimited free revisions, no obligation

Every revision before approval is free and there is no limit on the number. Nothing is owed if you decide not to order; the design files stay on our server for your reference and are not reused for anyone else.

Revisions go fastest when comments arrive in one message rather than five. A useful revision note reads: move the sponsor to the left chest, change the navy to Pantone 289 C, add a number box on the back, try a sleeveless version. The studio works through the list and returns one updated file, usually the same working day.

A change of garment or sport counts as a new mockup, not a revision, and still costs nothing. Adding a second colourway, an away kit or a matching training top is done on the same template so the crest, fonts and colours stay consistent across the set.

We recommend two people review each version: the person who briefed it and someone who will wear it. Player-eye comments catch number legibility, sleeve length and collar shape earlier than a committee does.

How mockup approval becomes the production contract

Your written approval of the final mockup, together with a size breakdown, a names-and-numbers list where relevant, and the confirmed quantity, is the document production works from. From that point the mockup is no longer a proposal; it is the specification.

Three things follow. First, the cut plan, print files and embroidery files are generated from the approved version, so a typo in a player name on the mockup will be a typo on the shirt. Check spellings before, not after. Second, in-line and final QC compare every garment to the approved mockup and the approved size chart, so the mockup is also what the Quality Guarantee is measured against. Third, the approved file is kept on record, which is what makes a reorder next season identical to this one.

Changes after approval are possible but restart the clock for the affected garment: a new mockup is issued, re-approved, and the 15–25 business day standard lead time (or 7–12 days on express) counts from the new approval. The full sequence from brief to delivery is set out on how it works and turnaround times.

Digital mockup or physical sample?

The mockup shows what the garment will look like; a physical sample shows what it will feel like. Most clubs and gyms ordering sublimated kit go from approved mockup straight to production. Brands, schools grading a new pattern, and anyone ordering a gi or an embellished dance costume usually add a sample.

Mistakes that cost a revision round

Most delays between brief and approval come from the artwork, not the design. The six below account for nearly all of them.

The custom jersey design guide covers layout rules in more depth.

Garments the studio mocks up

The design service covers every category ZipaSports manufactures, on the same 24-hour basis. Templates exist for each cut, so a new brand's leggings and a Sunday-league club's match kit are drawn with the same accuracy.

Minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design, lower on request, with no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies; the mockup is free whichever applies to you.

Quality Guarantee: the mockup is the standard

Quality Guarantee: if any garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we remake it free of charge — the remake goes into production within 3 days of your report.

The approved mockup is the reference the guarantee uses. A print colour that departs from the approved mockup beyond normal shade tolerance, a sponsor in the wrong position, a name misspelt against the approved list, or a size that does not match the approved size specification is a manufacturing defect, and the affected pieces are remade free. Minor shade variation between dye lots and measurements within ±1–1.5 cm of the size chart are not defects.

To claim, send photos and your order reference on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery; we confirm within 24 hours in business hours. Full terms are on the Quality Guarantee page. Because every garment carries your design and labels, made-to-order pieces cannot be returned for change of mind, which is one more reason to check the mockup carefully before approving it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the sportswear design mockup really free?

Yes, ZipaSports produces the digital mockup free of charge within 24 hours, with unlimited free revisions before approval and no obligation to place an order. The only thing you pay for, if you choose it, is a physical sample, and that cost is credited against your bulk order.

How long does a kit mockup take?

Within 24 hours of a complete brief, during office hours of Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time. Revisions usually return the same working day. A brief missing the logo or colours still gets a first draft, but expect one extra revision round to replace placeholders.

Do I have to order after receiving the mockup?

No, there is no obligation to order and no design fee for the mockup. If you do not proceed, nothing is owed; the files stay on our server for your reference and are never reused for another buyer.

How many revisions are included?

Mockup revisions are unlimited and free until you approve the design. Colour changes, sponsor moves, new colourways, a different neckline or an extra garment on the same template are all revised free until you approve. A change of sport or garment type is treated as a new mockup, which is also free.

What file format should I send the logo in?

A vector file: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. Vectors scale to any print size without losing their edges. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest version you have; the studio can redraw a simple crest, though a complex badge may need the original artwork.

Can you design a kit from just an idea, with no logo?

Yes, ZipaSports can design a kit from an idea alone. Tell us the sport, garment, colours and a style direction such as plain, striped, gradient or geometric, and the studio draws a first concept within 24 hours. A startup brand can begin with a name and two colours and refine the crest through the revision rounds.

Will the printed colours match the mockup on my screen?

Not exactly, because a screen shows RGB light and the garment is dyed pigment. Give Pantone references and sublimation is matched to those, with minor shade tolerance between dye lots. If colour is critical, order a physical sample or a fabric strike-off before bulk.

Can the mockup show player names and numbers?

Yes, the mockup can show player names and numbers. Send the squad list as a spreadsheet and the mockup shows names, numbers, captain's marks and sponsor logos at production positions, front and back. In sublimation these print with the design in the same pass, so what you approve is what is printed.

Can I get a physical sample after the mockup?

Yes, a physical sample can follow the mockup: it is made in 5–7 days, charged at sample cost and credited against your bulk order, then sent by DHL, FedEx or UPS in 5–10 days. Clubs ordering standard sublimated kit usually skip it; brands and anyone changing a pattern usually take it.

Do you keep our approved design for reorders?

Yes, ZipaSports keeps the approved mockup, Pantone references, print files, fonts and size chart on record, so a reorder or a top-up for new players is produced to the same file without a new design round. Send the order reference and the new size breakdown.
