How ZipaSports works with distributors and resellers
ZipaSports in Sialkot, Pakistan manufactures sportswear for distributors, wholesalers, retailers, sourcing agents and resellers who sell it on under their own name. The garments carry your label, your size tags and your packaging; our name appears nowhere on the product or in the carton.
Because you are a company rather than a one-off team buyer, there is no MOQ limit on what you order. Our standard minimum of 20–25 pieces per design is a guide for first-time custom runs from clubs and small brands; a distributor placing regular business can order any quantity, including small top-ups of a style we have already approved and made for you.
Two buyer types are covered in more depth on their own pages: teamwear resellers and kit suppliers who serve local clubs and schools, and promotional-merchandise companies buying branded garments for corporate clients and events. The sections below apply to both, and to importers who simply want a factory in Sialkot producing a repeatable range for their market.
Catalogue, custom and blank: three ways to buy
Distributors buy from us in three ways, and most combine them within one order. The table sets out what each route involves and where it fits.
| Route | What we produce | Suits | Decoration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Catalogue | Our standard cuts and fabrics in your chosen colourways, with your label | Building a stock range quickly without developing patterns | Sublimation, embroidery, screen print, DTF |
| Custom | Garments made to your tech pack or reference sample, with your own patterns graded in-house | Own-brand ranges and exclusive designs for your customers | Any in-house method |
| Blank | Undecorated garments in your fabric, colour and label, ready for local decoration | Resellers and embroidery shops who decorate at home | None from us, or partial (sublimated body, blank chest) |
Sublimated designs are the exception to the blank route: the print is dyed into the polyester before the panels are sewn, so a sublimated jersey has to be decorated here. Cut-and-sew garments such as polos, hoodies, joggers and training tees ship blank without difficulty. See private label for how catalogue styles are branded, and OEM vs private label vs white label for the terminology buyers and factories use.
Repeat-order consistency: approved spec and retained patterns
A distributor's second order has to match the first, because your customers compare the two side by side. We handle this by treating your approved sample as the reference standard for every later run of that style.
When a style is approved we retain the graded pattern set, the locked size chart, the fabric specification (composition and GSM), the Pantone references, the sublimation print files and the digitised embroidery files. A reorder is cut from the same patterns and checked against the same measurement spec, so a size M made in spring measures the same as a size M made in autumn.
Shade tolerance between dye lots is the one variable a factory cannot remove entirely; we keep it within normal tolerance, and where a colour is critical we photograph the new batch beside the approved sample before shipment so you can see it. Any change you request, a longer sleeve, a new sponsor position, a heavier fleece, is written into a revised spec and approved before production, so the record of what a style is stays current. Our quality control page describes the measurement and colour-fastness checks in detail.
Mixed-category orders from one factory
One purchase order can cover several product categories, because the decoration, cutting and sewing lines for all of them sit in the same factory in Sialkot. Distributors typically combine sports teamwear for their club accounts, fitnesswear for gym and retail accounts, combat wear for martial-arts stockists, workwear for corporate customers and bags and accessories to complete a range.
Each design within the order is planned as its own production lot with its own fabric, decoration method and size breakdown. Mixed sizes within a design are standard. The categories run in parallel rather than one after the other, so a mixed order is not slower than a single-category order of similar size; the lead time is set by the largest lot.
The practical advantage is consolidated shipping: one commercial invoice, one packing list and one consignment by air or sea instead of several smaller shipments from different suppliers, each with its own clearance and its own courier charge.
Private-label packaging for resale
Garments for resale need to arrive shop-ready, and our labelling and packing department finishes them that way. Options include woven neck labels in your brand, printed size tags, hang tags with your artwork, and branded polybags or boxes; all are produced or applied in-house, described under labels, tags and packaging.
Packing follows whatever your warehouse or your customers need. Common instructions from distributors are one garment per polybag with a size sticker, size-ratio packs in cartons for stock, or pre-sorted cartons per end customer so a kit supplier can forward a club's order without repacking. Carton markings can show your company name, style code, size and quantity.
If you already have label stock, send it to us and we sew it in; otherwise we produce labels from your artwork. Either way, nothing on the finished garment identifies ZipaSports as the maker. A country-of-origin label reading "Made in Pakistan" is applied in the format you specify, since many import markets require it and customs officers look for it.
Export documents: sea freight or air
Every distributor shipment leaves Sialkot with a commercial invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin, prepared by our export documentation office. These are the documents your customs broker or courier needs to clear the goods and assess duty.
| Consideration | Air (DHL, FedEx, UPS) | Sea freight |
|---|---|---|
| Transit from Sialkot | 5–10 days worldwide | 3–6 weeks |
| Suits | Samples, first orders, urgent top-ups, low-volume lines | Bulk stock runs where volume outweighs speed |
| Clearance | Handled by the courier; duties typically billed to the consignee | Through your freight forwarder or broker at the port |
| Cost driver | Chargeable weight | Volume, palletised cartons |
Most distributors use air for the first order and for top-ups, then move volume lines to sea once a style is selling predictably. Import duty and VAT are payable in the destination country by the importer; our import duties and shipping guide explains how they are assessed for the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe, and the shipping policy covers carriers, transit times and tracking.
Samples for your sales reps
Sales reps sell from something they can hand over, so we build sample sets the same way we build production: a free digital mockup within 24 hours of receiving your artwork, then a physical sample in 5–7 days. Physical samples are charged at sample cost, and that cost is credited against your bulk order.
A rep set usually contains one of each style in a mid size, decorated with a demonstration design so it can be shown to several prospects, together with the size chart for the range. Some distributors order a small sample run of 20–25 pieces per style so that each regional rep carries a full set; lower quantities are possible on request.
Once your customer approves a design from the mockup, production can start without a further physical sample if the style has already been sampled. Pre-shipment photographs of the finished lot are available on request, and a video tour of the factory can be arranged for a customer who wants to see where the goods are made before committing.
Lead times and the Quality Guarantee
Bulk production for distributor orders runs 15–25 business days after design approval; express production in 7–12 days is available at additional cost when a customer deadline demands it. Add 5–10 days for air freight or 3–6 weeks for sea freight to arrive at a delivery date.
| Stage | Time |
|---|---|
| Digital mockup | Within 24 hours, free |
| Physical sample | 5–7 days, at cost, credited against bulk |
| Bulk production | 15–25 business days after approval |
| Express production | 7–12 days, additional cost |
| Air freight | 5–10 days |
| Sea freight | 3–6 weeks |
Quality Guarantee: if any garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we remake it free of charge — the remake goes into production within 3 days of your report. A manufacturing defect means a print fault, a stitching fault, a wrong size against the approved specification, or a wrong garment or quantity against the approved order. Send photographs and the order reference on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery; we confirm within 24 hours in business hours and ship the replacements at no charge, or issue a credit if you prefer. Full detail is on the Quality Guarantee and return policy pages.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you produce under our company's brand with no mention of ZipaSports anywhere?
Yes, ZipaSports makes distributor orders entirely under your own label, with nothing on the garment or carton naming ZipaSports. Your neck labels, size tags, hang tags and packaging are used throughout. Only the country-of-origin label, which reads Made in Pakistan, identifies where the goods were manufactured.
Is there a minimum order quantity for distributors and wholesalers?
No MOQ limit applies to companies, so a distributor can order any quantity. The 20–25 pieces per design minimum is our guide for first-time custom runs from clubs and small brands, and lower quantities are possible on request for sample runs and top-ups.
Will a reorder placed six months later match the first batch?
Yes, a reorder is made to match the first batch within normal tolerance, because ZipaSports keeps your approved sample as the reference standard. We retain the graded patterns, locked size chart, fabric spec, Pantone references and print files, so a reorder is cut and checked against the same record. Minor shade variation between dye lots is normal.
Can we put teamwear, gym wear and workwear in one order?
Yes, one purchase order at ZipaSports can cover any mix of teamwear, gym wear, workwear and bags. Each design is run as its own lot with its own fabric and decoration, the lots run in parallel, and the whole order ships together on one commercial invoice and packing list.
Do you supply blank garments for us to decorate locally?
Yes, ZipaSports supplies blank cut-and-sew garments such as polos, hoodies, joggers and training tees, shipped undecorated with your label sewn in. Sublimated garments cannot be supplied blank because the design is dyed into the fabric before sewing; we can leave a blank chest panel for your embroidery instead.
Should we ship by sea or by air from Pakistan?
Air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) takes 5–10 days and suits samples, first orders and top-ups. Sea freight takes 3–6 weeks and suits bulk stock runs where volume matters more than speed. Most distributors start on air and move proven lines to sea.
Which export documents come with the shipment?
A commercial invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin are prepared for every export consignment by our documentation office in Sialkot. Import duty and VAT are assessed in the destination country and paid by the importer; the import duties guide explains the process by market.
Can our sales reps get samples to show customers?
Yes, ZipaSports produces sample sets for distributor sales reps: a free digital mockup within 24 hours, then a physical sample in 5–7 days charged at sample cost and credited against your bulk order. Distributors often order one sample per style in a mid size, or a small sample run so each rep carries a set.
What happens if part of a batch arrives with faults?
The ZipaSports Quality Guarantee applies: any garment with a manufacturing defect is remade free of charge, with the remake in production within 3 days of your report. Send photos and the order reference within 7 days of delivery, we confirm within 24 hours in business hours, and replacements ship at no charge.
Do you hold certifications we can show our own customers?
ZipaSports operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality management, uses OEKO-TEX Standard 100 tested fabrics, is BSCI-audited, offers GRS-certified recycled polyester on request and is a Government of Pakistan licensed exporter. Certificate copies are available on request for your customer files.
