The guarantee in full

Quality Guarantee: if any garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we remake it free of charge — the remake goes into production within 3 days of your report.

The guarantee is part of every order ZipaSports manufactures in Sialkot, Pakistan. It applies to every buyer type and every quantity: a 20–25-piece first run for a startup brand, a squad kit for a Sunday-league club, a gi order for a martial-arts academy or a bulk private-label run for a distributor. There is nothing to register and nothing to pay.

Every claim is judged against two documents you approved before production: the digital mockup and the size specification. If what arrives does not match them, it is a manufacturing defect and is fixed at our cost.

What counts as a manufacturing defect

A manufacturing defect is any way in which a delivered garment fails to match the approved mockup, the approved size specification or the approved order. The table separates what is covered from what is not.

CategoryCovered as a defectNot a defect
Print and decorationMisprint, ghosting, colour off the approved mockup beyond normal shade tolerance, wrong logo, wrong name or number against the squad listMinor shade tolerance between dye lots; small difference between a backlit screen and printed fabric
Stitching and trimsOpen seam, skipped stitches, loose or missing trimsWear and tear after use; damage from washing or drying outside the care instructions
SizePiece measures outside ±1–1.5 cm of the approved size specification, or carries the wrong size tagMeasurement within ±1–1.5 cm of spec; a size chosen wrongly by the buyer
OrderWrong garment, wrong colourway or wrong quantity against the approved orderChange of mind on design, colour, quantity or names after approval

Normal shade tolerance means the small variation between two dye lots, or between a screen and printed cloth; it does not mean a red approved as navy. Where colour is critical, give a Pantone reference at approval and the print is matched to it. The checks that catch faults before dispatch are on the quality control page.

How to claim in four steps

A claim takes four steps and starts with a WhatsApp message or an email. You do not need to argue the case; the photos and the approved mockup settle it.

StepWhat you doWhat ZipaSports doesTiming
1. ReportSend photos of the fault and your order reference on WhatsApp (+92 300 7019281) or email (zipasports@gmail.com)Logs the claim against your order fileWithin 7 days of delivery
2. ConfirmationAnswer any question about which pieces and sizes are affectedConfirms the claim and the remake listWithin 24 hours, business hours
3. RemakeNothingRemakes the affected pieces free of charge from the same approved files, fabric spec and size specIn production within 3 days of your report
4. ReplacementChoose remake or creditShips the replacement pieces at no charge, or applies a credit for the affected piecesDispatch date confirmed with the claim

Useful photos: one close-up of the fault, one of the whole garment laid flat, and one of the size tag. For a name or number error, photograph the shirt next to the squad list you sent. For a size claim, a tape measure across the point in question against the approved spec saves a round of questions. A single message covering all affected pieces is faster than one message per shirt.

Why ZipaSports can offer a free remake

ZipaSports can commit to a remake in production within 3 days because every stage of the garment is made under one roof in Sialkot, Pakistan, and because every order is measured against documents the buyer approved. Three things make the guarantee workable rather than a marketing line.

Everything is in-house. Pattern making and grading, computer-controlled cutting, large-format sublimation and heat pressing, multi-head embroidery, flatbed screen printing, DTF, the sewing lines, QC, labelling and packing all sit in the same factory. A remake of three shirts does not wait for a subcontractor: the print file, the graded pattern and the fabric lot are already on the floor.

QC checkpoints catch most faults before dispatch. Fabric inspection, print check, in-line stitching checks, measurement check and final inspection are described on the quality control page and in the manufacturing process. A guarantee is affordable only when the pieces it has to cover are the exceptions.

The approved mockup and size spec are the contract. There is no argument about what was ordered, because the free digital mockup (within 24 hours) and the size specification were signed off before bulk cutting. A claim is a comparison, not a negotiation.

What is not covered

The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and nothing else, and it is worth being plain about the four things it does not cover so that no buyer is surprised.

Where a claim falls outside the guarantee, ZipaSports will still quote for corrected or additional pieces at normal production terms. The return conditions in full are on the return policy page.

What the guarantee means for each type of buyer

The same guarantee protects different buyers from different risks.

BuyerTypical worryWhat the guarantee does
Club secretaryA shirt with the wrong number, or an open seam, the week before the seasonAffected shirts remade, in production within 3 days, shipped at no charge; the rest of the kit is unaffected
Startup brand founderFirst 20–25-piece run with own labels arrives with a print faultDefective pieces remade free; credit if the launch date has passed
Academy, school or dojoGi or PE kit across many children's sizes, some pieces outside specPieces outside ±1–1.5 cm of spec remade; sizes chosen wrongly for a child are not covered
Gym or studio ownerRetail leggings with a flatlock seam open on arrivalRemake or credit for the affected pieces
Distributor or kit resellerWrong quantity per size, or a wrong garment, in a bulk consignmentCovered against the approved order; shade within tolerance between lots is not

For a club secretary this means one wrong shirt is a message and a photo, not a committee problem. For a brand founder it means the first production run carries the same protection as a large one. For a distributor it means the packing-list count is guaranteed against the approved order.

Reorders and consistency

A reorder is checked against the same approved mockup, size specification and print files as the original, so the guarantee applies to it in the same way. Those files stay on the order record; a reorder of an approved design does not start from a blank sheet.

Consistency has two parts. Construction and sizing are repeatable because the graded pattern and the size spec do not change unless you change them. Colour is repeatable within normal shade tolerance: two dye lots of the same fabric, or two sublimation runs months apart, can differ slightly, and that difference is not a defect. Where colour continuity across lots matters, such as a brand's core colour sitting next to earlier stock on a shelf, give the Pantone reference at reorder and say a match is required; the print is then matched to the reference rather than to the previous lot by eye.

Changes at reorder (a new sponsor logo, a revised squad list, a different trim) are new approvals and go through a fresh mockup within 24 hours. Reorders follow the standard MOQ of 20–25 pieces per design, with lower quantities possible on request and no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. Terms for repeat private-label work are on the private label page.

Remake or credit: your choice

Every confirmed claim is settled either by a free remake or, if you prefer, by a credit for the affected pieces; you choose which when the claim is confirmed. A remake is the default because it gives you the garments you ordered. A credit suits the cases where the garments no longer help: a tournament that has already been played, a one-off event kit, or a launch where the affected size has already been replaced from another run.

Made-to-order garments are not refundable for change of mind, because they carry your own design and labels and cannot be resold. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed and neither a remake nor a credit is workable for you, raise it in the claim message and it is discussed on the order; payment terms and any settlement are confirmed with your enquiry rather than published here.

The guarantee sits alongside the standard lead times on the how it works page: free digital mockup within 24 hours, physical sample in 5–7 days, bulk production 15–25 business days after design approval, and express courier delivery in 5–10 days. The shipping policy covers what happens if a courier damages a carton in transit, which is handled separately from a manufacturing defect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer free remakes?

Yes: if any garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, ZipaSports remakes it free of charge and the remake goes into production within 3 days of your report. Replacement pieces are shipped at no charge. Send photos and your order reference on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.

What if my kit arrives with a printing mistake?

A printing mistake against the approved mockup or squad list (a misprint, ghosting, a wrong name or number, a colour off the mockup beyond normal shade tolerance) is a manufacturing defect. Photograph the fault, send it with your order reference within 7 days, and the affected pieces are remade free with the remake in production within 3 days.

Who pays shipping on a remake?

ZipaSports pays the shipping on a remake. Replacement pieces for a confirmed manufacturing defect are shipped to you at no charge, and there is no charge for the remake itself. The dispatch date for the replacement is confirmed when the claim is confirmed, within 24 hours during business hours.

Can I get a refund instead of a remake?

The alternative to a remake is a credit for the affected pieces, which you can choose when the claim is confirmed. Made-to-order garments are not refundable for change of mind because they carry your own design and labels. If neither option works for a confirmed defect, raise it in the claim and it is discussed on the order.

Is there a quality guarantee for bulk orders?

Yes, the ZipaSports Quality Guarantee applies at every order quantity. A bulk private-label or distributor order is covered against print faults, stitching faults, wrong sizes against the approved spec and wrong garments or quantities against the approved order, with the remake of affected pieces in production within 3 days of the report.

How long do I have to report a defect?

You have 7 days from delivery to report a manufacturing defect. Send photos and your order reference on WhatsApp (+92 300 7019281) or email within that window and ZipaSports confirms the claim within 24 hours during business hours. Check the order on arrival rather than at the first match so the window is not missed.

What counts as a manufacturing defect?

A manufacturing defect is a print fault (misprint, ghosting, colour off the approved mockup beyond normal shade tolerance), a stitching fault (open seam, skipped stitches, loose or missing trims), a wrong size against the approved size specification, or a wrong garment or wrong quantity against the approved order. Anything that matches the approved documents is not a defect.

Is a colour that looks different from my screen a defect?

A colour that looks different from your screen is not a defect if the difference is within normal shade tolerance. Screens are backlit and fabric is not, so a small shift is expected; a colour that is clearly off the approved mockup is a defect and is remade. To remove the doubt, give a Pantone reference at approval and the print is matched to it.

What if a player's name is spelt wrong on the shirt?

If the shirt differs from the squad list you sent, it is a manufacturing defect and is remade free with the remake in production within 3 days. If the squad list itself carried the error, the shirt matches the approved order and is not covered, though ZipaSports will quote for a corrected shirt. Send squad lists typed, not photographed.

Does the guarantee cover the wrong sizes?

The guarantee covers pieces that measure outside ±1–1.5 cm of the approved size specification or carry the wrong size tag. It does not cover sizes chosen wrongly by the buyer for a player or customer. The physical sample and the size chart guide are the tools for getting the size list right before bulk.
