What a custom sportswear manufacturer actually makes for you

ZipaSports manufactures custom sportswear at its own factory in Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan, founded in 2005. Garments are cut, sewn, printed and embroidered on our own floor rather than placed with outside units, so the person who answers your email can walk to the cutting table and check your order.

The catalogue runs across seven families: sports teamwear, combat wear, fitnesswear, dance teamwear, motowear, workwear and bags and accessories. That covers 21 team sports and 12 combat disciplines. One order may mix families: a club can take match shirts, training hoodies, socks and kit bags on the same production run and in the same carton.

Minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design, lower on request for sample runs and small teams, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. Mixed sizes sit inside that minimum, so a squad of twenty players across six sizes is one design, not six.

Seven categories, one factory floor

Every category below is cut and sewn in the same Sialkot factory and decorated on the same in-house print and embroidery lines. The wholesale column is for buyers taking stock under an agreed specification; the private-label column is for buyers putting their own woven labels, size tags and hang tags on the garment.

What “custom” covers: colours, names, numbers, sponsors and labels

Custom on a factory order means the garment is built to your specification, not a blank with a badge added afterwards. The table sets out what you can customise and what the studio needs to draw it.

Decoration methods and which garment each one suits

Six decoration methods run in-house, plus rhinestone work and tackle twill. The right method depends on the fabric and on how much colour the artwork carries.

Fabrics and GSM you can specify

Fabric is the part of a custom sportswear order that buyers under-specify most often. You can name the fabric and GSM yourself, or state the climate and use and let the factory recommend one. Every option below is a standard choice available on our orders.

How a custom sportswear order runs, from brief to delivery

The ordering flow is the same whether you are a club buying one squad kit or a brand placing a first collection.

1. Send a brief: garment type, quantity with a size breakdown, destination country, logo in vector, colours or Pantone references, fabric or GSM preference and your deadline.
2. Receive a free digital mockup within 24 hours, with unlimited revisions before approval and no obligation.
3. Optional physical sample in 5–7 days, charged at sample cost, with that cost credited against your bulk order. See the sample policy.
4. Confirm the approved mockup, size specification and roster; the spec is filed for future reorders.
5. Bulk production takes 15–25 business days after design approval; express production is 7–12 days at additional cost.
6. In-line and final QC, measurement checks against the approved size specification, then labelling and retail packing; pre-shipment photos on request.
7. Dispatch by DHL, FedEx or UPS in 5–10 days worldwide, or sea freight in 3–6 weeks for bulk programmes.

Wholesale, OEM and private label: three ways to buy from the factory

Buyers use three different words for what is often the same production line, and the difference matters when you write a purchase order.

Wholesale

OEM

You supply the design, tech pack or reference garment and ZipaSports manufactures it as a custom sportswear factory. Your artwork is not resold or shown to other buyers, and an NDA can be signed on request.

Private label
