Custom Volleyball Kit Manufacturer for Clubs & Teams

In short: ZipaSports is a custom volleyball kit manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan that produces sublimated match jerseys, libero jerseys, shorts, briefs, warm-ups and travel wear for volleyball clubs, teams and leagues from 20–25 pieces per design. Player numbers front and back are printed into the fabric, a free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and bulk kit ships 15–25 business days after the club approves it.

How a volleyball club orders from ZipaSports

A volleyball club orders from ZipaSports in four steps: it sends colours, logos, a garment list and a player-number list; ZipaSports returns a free digital mockup within 24 hours; the club revises and approves it; and the kit goes into bulk production for 15–25 business days, or 7–12 days on the express route at additional cost. Courier delivery by DHL, FedEx or UPS from Sialkot, Pakistan takes 5–10 days to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia.

The minimum is 20–25 pieces per design and lower quantities are possible on request, so a single indoor roster of twelve to fourteen players plus a libero set reaches the minimum with a training top included. There is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies, so a club running its own branded merchandise line can order any quantity.

What makes volleyball different from most team orders is the libero: one or two players who must wear a jersey that contrasts with the rest of the team. That means almost every volleyball order is two designs, not one, and the numbering has to be planned across both. This page works through the garments, fabrics, numbering, sizing, colour rules and timeline with that in mind, then lists exactly what the club sends.

Indoor, beach and junior: three kinds of volleyball order

ZipaSports handles three distinct volleyball orders and they do not share a garment list. An indoor club orders jerseys, shorts or briefs, a libero set and warm-ups; a beach programme orders beach volleyball kits of tank tops, bikini or brief bottoms and rash guards for sun and wind; a junior or school section orders junior volleyball kits graded down through youth sizes with the same print.

Indoor jerseys come in four cuts: standard short sleeve, cap sleeve, sleeveless vest and long sleeve, and a women's section usually chooses cap sleeve or sleeveless with a fitted body. Men's sections usually take the standard short sleeve with match shorts; women's sections choose between performance shorts, briefs and compression shorts.

Beach garments are made in polyester-spandex or nylon-spandex so they hold shape wet, and rash guards use the 180–220 GSM stretch fabric with flatlock seams that ZipaSports also runs for water sports. Junior kits use the indoor fabrics at the same weight as the adult run.

The volleyball kit list with fabric and GSM

The table lists the garments a volleyball club typically orders under custom volleyball kit, the fabric options ZipaSports makes them in, and the decoration each one takes.

Numbers, the libero jersey and sponsor placement

Volleyball jerseys carry a number on the chest and on the back, and the captain usually carries a marking below the chest number; ZipaSports sublimates all of these into the fabric so nothing is stitched or heat-applied that can lift during a dive. The permitted number range, minimum number height and captain marking differ between federations and leagues, so the club sends the rule wording it plays under and the studio sizes the numbers to it.

The libero jersey is the same cut as the team jersey in a contrasting dominant colour, and it carries its own number in the same sequence as the rest of the roster. Because a club typically needs only two or three libero jerseys, ZipaSports treats them as a small second design and quotes them on request below the usual minimum when they accompany a full team order.

Sponsor logos go on the chest beside the number, on the sleeve, on the back below the number or on the shorts leg; league rules sometimes limit the sponsor area, so the mockup marks each logo's size. Names above the back number are optional. Crests on fleece and bags are embroidered; tackle twill is not normally used on volleyball jerseys. Artwork specifications are on names, numbers and sponsor logos.

Men's, women's and youth sizing in one run

One volleyball order from ZipaSports can contain men's, women's and youth cuts of the same jersey design, and all of them count towards the 20–25 piece minimum for that design. The club sends a size list against player numbers; the factory in Sialkot cuts each piece to its own size and prints its own number, so mixed sizes are produced in the same run as a uniform size order.

Women's jerseys are graded on a women's block, XS–4XL, with a narrower shoulder and shaped side seam rather than being a small men's jersey. Men's run XS–5XL. Youth sizes are graded by chest measurement and the club can send ages if it does not have measurements; a physical sample in one adult and one youth size, ready in 5–7 days at sample cost and credited against the bulk order, is the usual way a new club settles its size chart before the size list is locked.

A club with its own established size chart, for example one carried over from a previous supplier, can send it and ZipaSports grades to it. Compression shorts, briefs and knee sleeves are sized on their own charts and should be listed separately from the jersey sizes. For general guidance see the sportswear size chart guide.

Home, away and the libero contrast rule

The general colour rules a volleyball club plans around are three: the team wears one uniform colour scheme, the libero wears a colour that clearly contrasts with it, and for leagues that require a second strip the away jersey must differ enough from the home jersey to avoid a clash with the opponent. Rules on how much contrast counts, and whether the libero jersey must also contrast with the opponent, belong to the competition, so the club confirms them before approving colours.

The practical order for most clubs is: a home jersey in the club's main colour, an away jersey in a light or reversed colourway of the same layout, and a libero jersey in a third colour for each strip. Because ZipaSports sublimates every colourway from the same artwork file, the away and libero designs are colour swaps of the home mockup rather than new designs, and the club approves them in the same 24-hour cycle.

Pantone references for all colourways are matched and held on file, together with the digitised crest and the graded patterns, so a second-season order matches the first within normal dye-lot tolerance. Clubs that play home in white should say so in the brief so the mockup starts as a white-body design with contrast numbers.

Working back from the first match: a deadline table

A volleyball club should open the kit order about ten weeks before its first match to allow for a sample and standard production, or about five weeks before if it approves from the mockup and takes express production. The table works backwards from the first fixture using ZipaSports' stated lead times; the dates are guides, not promises, because the club's own approval speed is the biggest variable.

Tournament sides that need kit for a single event rather than a season use the same table but should treat the tournament date as the first match and add a week for any transfers the players make afterwards.

Your checklist: what to send, and how reorders work

The mockup can start as soon as ZipaSports has the first three items in the table; the rest can follow before approval. Files do not need to be print-ready, and the free design service redraws logos and lays out the jersey.

Reorders use the club's file: artwork, Pantone references, digitised crest and graded patterns stay in Sialkot, so a mid-season jersey for a new player is ordered by sending the number, name and size. Small top-ups below the 20–25 minimum are possible on request and print from the same file, so number style and colour match the first run.

Delivery to the USA, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia, and the Quality Guarantee

Volleyball kit ships from Sialkot, Pakistan by DHL, FedEx or UPS in 5–10 days to the USA, Canada, UK, EuropeIrelandNew ZealandUAESaudi Arabia and Australia, with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared by the export office. Import duty and tax at the destination are the club's responsibility and depend on the country; the shipping policy sets out who pays what. Sea freight, 3–6 weeks, suits large league orders that are not time-critical.

Each jersey and short can be polybagged and labelled with the player's number and size, and pre-shipment photos of the packed order are available on request so the club can check numbers against its roster before the box leaves Sialkot.

Quality Guarantee: if any garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we remake it free of charge — the remake goes into production within 3 days of your report. A misprinted number, an open seam or a wrong size against the approved specification counts; dye-lot shade variation and a size the player chose wrongly do not. Report with photos and the order reference within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order kit cannot be returned for change of mind. Detail is on the Quality Guarantee page, and the wider ordering process is in the team kit buying guide for clubs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can our volleyball club order just two libero jerseys with the team order?

A libero set can be ordered alongside the team order, because the libero jersey is a separate colourway of the team design. ZipaSports quotes small libero sets below the 20–25 piece minimum on request when they accompany a full team order, and they carry their own numbers in the same sequence as the roster.

Are the numbers printed or stitched on?

Volleyball numbers are sublimated into the fabric, front and back, along with names, sponsors and the captain marking. Nothing is stitched or heat-applied on the jersey, so there is nothing to lift or crack when players dive. Send your federation's number-height rule and the studio sizes the numbers to it.

Can men's, women's and youth teams share one order?

Men's, women's and youth cuts of the same jersey design all count towards the 20–25 piece minimum for that design, so one club order can cover every section. Each piece is cut to its own size and printed with its own number from the player list.

What GSM should a volleyball jersey be?

Volleyball jerseys are normally 100% polyester interlock or mesh at 140–180 GSM with a moisture-wicking finish. The lighter end suits hot indoor halls and beach; the 170–180 GSM end is more opaque for white or pale home jerseys.

Do we need a home and an away jersey?

Whether a volleyball club needs an away jersey is set by its league; many amateur leagues require only one strip plus a contrasting libero jersey. If you do need one, ZipaSports makes it as a colour swap of the home mockup, so the layout and sponsors stay the same and only the 20–25 piece minimum for the second design applies.

How long does a full volleyball kit order take?

The free mockup arrives within 24 hours, an optional sample takes 5–7 days, bulk production takes 15–25 business days after approval, and courier delivery takes 5–10 days. Express production at 7–12 days is available at additional cost. Plan about ten weeks before your first match.

Can we get a physical sample before committing the whole club?

A physical sample jersey in one adult and one youth size is ready in 5–7 days. It is charged at sample cost and that cost is credited against your bulk order, so most clubs use it to settle their size chart before locking the player list.

What do we need to send to get started?

Your logo, sponsor logos, colours or a photo of the current kit, and a rough garment list. That is enough for a free mockup within 24 hours. The player list with numbers and sizes, and your league's number and sponsor rules, can follow before approval.

Can we reorder a single jersey for a new player mid-season?

A single replacement jersey can be reordered mid-season because the artwork, Pantone references and graded patterns stay on file in Sialkot; send the number, name and size. Small top-ups of an existing design are possible below the minimum on request and print from the same file.

What if a jersey arrives with the wrong number on it?

A wrong number against the approved player list is a manufacturing defect and is covered by the free remake guarantee: the affected pieces are remade free, with the remake in production within 3 days of your report. Send photos and the order reference within 7 days of delivery; replacements ship at no charge.
