Ends are heat-sealed under a hot knife rather than scissor-cut, so the weave is fused and will not unravel at the stitch line. The satin body is woven double-faced, so both sides finish evenly.
Can the elastic be softer for younger dancers?
Yes. We stock a softer knitted elastic with lower modulus for junior fittings, alongside the firmer standard grade for advanced dancers who need more arch support.
