Full dye-sublimation is the standard finish for a badminton club jersey because it prints the club colours, a contrast side panel, the crest, the player's name and a sponsor into the polyester in one pass, with no raised print to catch sweat. Embroidery is used on polos, tracksuits, gilets and racket bags where a stitched crest reads as the club's formal mark.
The decision usually splits by garment rather than by club. Court jerseys, dresses, skorts and junior kits are sublimated. Polos can go either way: a solid-colour piqué polo with an embroidered crest and a small embroidered sponsor is the classic county look, while a sublimated polo allows a gradient or a two-tone body that piqué embroidery cannot give. Tracksuits and quarter-zips take an embroidered crest on the chest with the club name sublimated or heat-transferred across the back if wanted.
