Three orders a fight gym places in a year

A fight gym orders differently from a football club. There is no single kit day; instead there is a member pack sold at sign-up, a fight-team set before the competition season, and a rolling trickle of coach and merchandise pieces. ZipaSports, in Sialkot, Pakistan, manufactures all three from one factory, which is the point of this page: one supplier holding your crest, your colours and your size specification across gi, no-gi and boxing kit.

The member pack is the volume order: a gym rash guard, a pair of spats or shorts and a tee, sold to new members or bundled with a membership. The fight-team set is smaller and more specific: sponsor-logo shorts, walkout tees, corner hoodies with fighter names. The coach order is a handful of polos and hoodies with a role or name on them.

Gym-branded gis: weave, GSM and where the crest goes

A gym gi carries the academy crest on the chest or back, a shoulder or sleeve patch, and often a name on the trouser leg. ZipaSports cuts and sews gis in-house in Sialkot, so the crest is embroidered and the patches are sewn during assembly rather than added afterwards.

For a BJJ academy the usual first order is a white or blue gym gi in 20–25 pieces across adult and kids' sizes together; a second colourway follows once the first sells through. Competition-gi rules on colour and patch placement are set by the governing body, and we treat them as guidance for the mockup; the gym confirms the final placement. No-gi kit: rash guards, spats and shorts with the gym's design on every panel

No-gi kit is where sublimation earns its keep. A rash guard is printed as flat panels before it is sewn, so the gym logo, sponsor marks and rank stripes are part of the fabric and cannot crack, peel or fade under normal washing. Every no-gi piece below is made and printed in-house at ZipaSports.

• Rash guards: polyester-spandex or nylon-spandex 180–220 GSM, flatlock seams, long or short sleeve, women's and kids' cuts. Ranked colourways (white, blue, purple, brown, black) for members who compete, gym colours for everyone else.
• Spats and compression leggings: the same 4-way stretch at 180–220 GSM, waistband with drawcord, full sublimation to match the rash guard.
• Grappling and MMA shorts: 4-way stretch or microfibre woven 140–180 GSM, split side slits, gusset, hook-and-loop closure or drawstring, sponsor panels printed in.
• Vale tudo shorts: compression cut in polyester-spandex 240–300 GSM.

A member pack typically pairs one rash guard design with one pair of shorts and one pair of spats, each at 20–25 pieces with mixed sizes; a two-colour rash guard (one for members, one for the competition team) counts as two designs. Boxing and Muay Thai gyms: satin shorts, robes and pad-work kit

A boxing or Muay Thai gym orders around the ring rather than the mat, and the fabric changes with it. Shorts are cut in polyester satin at 120–160 GSM with a wide contrast waistband, side slits and the gym name across the front, or in sublimated polyester 140–180 GSM when a printed all-over design is wanted. Both are made in-house at ZipaSports.

Satin does not take sublimation the way interlock does, so lettering on satin shorts is usually embroidered or applied as tackle twill. Fabric detail is on polyester satin; product pages are boxing and Muay Thai.

Fight-team kit: sponsor logos, fighter names and one shipment before the show

Fight-team orders have a date attached, so this section is about sequencing rather than fabric. The gym sends the fighter list, the sponsor logo pack and the show date; ZipaSports returns a mockup within 24 hours showing the sponsor placement on shorts, walkout tee and corner hoodie, then produces the set to the show.

Names, nicknames and sponsor logos are printed by sublimation or added by heat transfer and embroidery, and they do not split the design: ten fighters with ten different names on the same shorts pattern are one design, so the 20–25 piece minimum is met by the team plus corner staff and a few for the merchandise table. If the team is smaller than that, lower quantities are possible on request for an established gym. Names and numbers detail is on names, numbers and sponsor logos.

For a fixed show date, express production in 7–12 days plus 5–10 days courier is the route; standard production of 15–25 business days is fine when the card is six to eight weeks out. A set of walkout tees for the crowd can be added to the same consignment as a separate design.

Coach polos, member packs and the merchandise table

Beyond gi and fight kit, a gym runs a small clothing shop whether it means to or not. The table below is the range most gyms end up with after a year, each line at 20–25 pieces per design and all made in-house in Sialkot.

Timeline and shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe

Every stage below runs inside ZipaSports in Sialkot, Pakistan, from pattern making through sublimation, sewing and packing, so the lead times are production dates rather than promises passed along a chain.

1. Send the crest, garment list and size breakdown; a free digital mockup comes back within 24 hours, with unlimited revisions before you approve.
2. Optional physical sample in 5–7 days, charged at sample cost and credited against the bulk order. Gyms usually sample the gi jacket and one rash guard.
3. Bulk production in 15–25 business days after approval, or express production in 7–12 days at additional cost for a show date.
4. Courier by DHL, FedEx or UPS in 5–10 days to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe, tracked to the gym door; sea freight in 3–6 weeks for a large multi-gym order.

Export paperwork (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) travels with the shipment.
