How the 20–25 piece minimum works when your riders are all different sizes
The minimum is counted per design, not per size. A 25-piece run of one jersey design can be split across any sizes from youth to adult 5XL, and in sublimation every piece can carry a different rider name and number without breaking the design. A three-rider team that also wants 22 jerseys to sell at the paddock reaches the minimum on a single artwork.
What counts as a separate design is a different colourway or a different base artwork. If your team runs a red jersey and a stealth black jersey, that is two designs and two minimums. Personal sponsor logos on a rider's sleeve, a changed number or a different name stay inside one design.
Lower quantities are possible on request for a proof run, for example a set of six jerseys for the team before the paddock stock is confirmed. Once your brand is established there is no MOQ limit at ZipaSports, so a reorder of ten jerseys for new riders mid-season is accepted. Approved artwork, Pantone references and size specifications are kept on file, so a reorder in round eight matches the jerseys from round one.

Sublimation puts the design into the polyester fibre, so mud, pressure washing and weekly laundering do not crack or peel the print; ZipaSports checks wash-fastness on sublimated fabric before cutting.
Sponsor-logo layouts: where logos sit and what files we need
Sponsor logos are part of the sublimation file, so there is no limit on the number of logos and no per-logo decoration charge on a sublimated jersey. What matters is file quality. Send every logo as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG); a screenshot from a sponsor's website prints soft at chest size.
A typical MX layout has the title sponsor across the chest, the brand mark on the collar or left chest, the rider number on the back with the name above or below it, secondary sponsors stacked on the forearms and the lower back, and a small run of logos on the pants thigh and hip. Tell us the order of importance and the studio will size them accordingly in the free 24-hour mockup.
Per-rider variations are normal. One rider may carry a personal tyre sponsor on the right sleeve while the rest of the team leaves it blank; that is handled in the artwork per piece, listed on your names-and-numbers sheet. Pit shirts, paddock hoodies and riding tees: the merch side of the brand
Merch pays for a race team, so the paddock range is usually where a moto startup makes its margin. ZipaSports makes these pieces on separate lines from the sublimation floor, but they ship together with the race kit.
