The ripstop grid limits any tear to the square it starts in, which is why it is specified for active outdoor work. We also bar tack the pocket corners and hem sweep, the points where a light jacket usually fails first.
How large a back print can it take?
The full back panel, up to around 30 by 35 centimetres. We use low-temperature transfer films and inks matched to nylon, since standard cure temperatures can distort a lightweight synthetic.
