Private label, white label or full OEM workwear
Private label workwear means the garment is made in our factory and sold as your product: your woven neck label, your size and care tags, your hang tag and your packaging, with no ZipaSports branding anywhere on it. Three buying models sit under that description.

From tech pack to graded pattern in our Sialkot factory
Send whatever you already have. A tech pack with a measurement chart is the fastest start, but a garment you currently buy in, or a sketch with fit and pocket notes, will get a range moving just as well.
We return a free digital mockup within 24 hours with unlimited revisions. Once the design is approved, computerised pattern making and size grading run against your chart, then computer-controlled cutting repeats every panel identically across the run.
The decisions worth making before the pattern is cut are the structural ones. On a coverall: front closure type, back yoke and action pleat, knee-pad pockets, rule pocket and leg zip. On trousers: rise, pocket bag depth, knee-pad position and hem finish. On a work polo: collar weight, placket buttons and cuff. On an apron: strap type, neck adjustment and pocket division. The bands below are the standard cloth weights this factory buys in for workwear. You fix the exact cloth and weight inside a band when the specification is approved, and that number is what is quoted and repeated on every order afterwards. Hi-vis under your own label: the wording rule
We manufacture hi-vis vests, polos, jackets and trousers designed to EN ISO 20471 visibility requirements, in fluorescent yellow or fluorescent orange polyester with retroreflective tape. We do not describe them as certified to that standard, and we make no flame-retardant or FR claims for any garment we produce.
Copy that rule into your own catalogue wording. A private-label brand takes on the description it publishes, so a garment described here as designed to the visibility requirements should be described the same way on your website and your hang tag rather than upgraded to certified. If a customer contract calls for third-party certified PPE, source that item accordingly and use us for the rest of the range.
Two design constraints follow from the standard. Branding must not sit on the retroreflective tape or reduce the fluorescent background area, so logo placement is drawn around it on the mockup. Decoration on a private-label workwear range
Embroidery is the method most workwear brands build on, because a stitched logo survives industrial washing, high-temperature drying and daily abrasion better than any surface print. Multi-head embroidery runs here for chest crests, back-yoke names and sleeve marks.
The other methods cover what embroidery cannot. Screen printing is efficient for a single-colour logo repeated across a large tee or apron run. DTF and heat transfer handle short runs, staff names and late additions to garments already made, which is what makes a blank-stock model workable for a distributor. Full sublimation is available on polyester garments where an all-over colour or a company pattern is wanted, but it has to be decided before cutting.

Minimum order quantity and how a first range is built
The minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design, lower quantities are possible on request, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. That floor is what lets a new workwear label photograph a catalogue without funding a container.
Count it per design, not per range. A launch built on a coverall, a work trouser, a polo and a hi-vis vest is four designs, so roughly 80–100 pieces in total, with sizes mixed freely inside each one. Colour usually splits a line: navy and black coveralls are two dye lots and are quoted separately, as are yellow and orange hi-vis.
A workable first range is narrow and deep rather than wide and thin. Pick the two garments your trade customers reorder most, cover the full size curve on both, and add a third garment only after the first delivery has sold. Once you are established the ceiling disappears and the planning question becomes the size curve, which is also how wholesale workwear orders are quoted.

After the first run we hold the pattern set, graded chart, fabric composition and weight, shade references and label artwork, so a reorder is cut to the recorded specification. Shade can vary slightly between dye lots and measurements carry roughly ±1–1.5 cm tolerance; write both into your own trade terms. Adding a colourway needs no new pattern, adding a size needs a grading step, and a new garment shape needs a full sample round.

Under private label this is your warranty as much as ours, because a fault reaches the end user with your brand in the collar. A defect means a stitching fault such as an open seam, skipped stitches or loose and missing trims; a print or embroidery fault such as a misprint, ghosting or a colour off the approved mockup beyond normal shade tolerance; a wrong size against the approved size specification; or the wrong garment or wrong quantity against the approved order. Shade variation between dye lots, measurement variation inside the ±1–1.5 cm chart tolerance, wrongly chosen sizes, change of mind and wear-and-tear are not defects.
To claim, photograph the affected pieces and send the images with your order reference on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. We confirm within 24 hours in business hours, remake the affected pieces free of charge and ship replacements at no charge, or issue a credit instead if you prefer. Made-to-order garments carrying your own labels cannot be returned for change of mind.
