We use flat-knit collars with a firm gauge rather than cut-and-sew jersey, so they keep their line through regular laundering. On polyester-rich piqué the collar also dries flat without pressing, which suits high-rotation uniform programmes.
Is embroidery or printing better on piqué?
Embroidery is the standard choice because it sits proud of the textured knit and lasts the life of the garment. For fine multi-colour artwork or large back logos we recommend DTF, which bridges the piqué texture cleanly.
Can we get a proper women's cut rather than a unisex polo?
Yes. Our women's block runs XS–4XL with shaped side seams, a narrower collar stand and a shorter placket. Both cuts can share one fabric batch so colours match exactly across mixed teams.
