Custom Esports Jersey Manufacturer for Teams & Orgs

In short: ZipaSports is a custom esports jersey manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, producing sublimated player jerseys, scrim jerseys, hoodies, joggers, travel tracksuits and fan replicas for esports teams, organisations and leagues from 20–25 pieces per design. Gamertags, sponsor logos and roster changes are printed into the jersey, a free digital mockup is returned within 24 hours, and bulk production takes 15–25 business days after approval.

What does an esports organisation actually order from ZipaSports?

An esports team order from ZipaSports usually starts with the player jersey and grows into a small collection: a scrim jersey for practice and content days, a fan replica for the org store, and travel wear for the roster. The minimum is 20–25 pieces per design, so a five-player roster reaches it by adding subs, staff and fan replicas in the same artwork.

The full range sits under custom esports teamwear. Every piece is made to order at the ZipaSports factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, so styles can be mixed inside one shipment.

Which fabric and GSM should an esports jersey be?

An esports jersey should be a 100% polyester interlock or pin-dot mesh at 140–180 GSM with a moisture-wicking finish, because players sit under stage lighting for long blocks and the fabric has to stay dry-looking on camera. Interlock gives the smoothest print surface, which matters for gradients and fine sponsor marks; pin-dot mesh breathes more and suits warm venues and bootcamp rooms.

Fleece weight is a choice, not a fixed spec. Heavier cotton-polyester fleece feels like retail streetwear for the merch store, while performance polyester fleece takes an all-over sublimation print and dries faster on travel days. Anything sublimated has to be polyester; cotton-rich pieces are decorated by embroidery, screen print or DTF instead. GRS-certified recycled polyester is available on request for organisations with a sustainability line in their sponsor decks. See polyester interlock and polyester mesh for the fabric detail.

Sublimation, embroidery or tackle twill: which decoration goes where?

Full dye-sublimation is the default for esports jerseys. The whole panel, including gradients, sponsor logos and each player's gamertag, is printed in one pass and bonded into the polyester fibre, so there is nothing on the surface to crack, peel or fade. Embroidery and tackle twill are reserved for the garments that are not sublimated.

MethodUsed onWhy it is chosen

EmbroideryPolos, caps, varsity and bomber chest crests, hoodie crestsRaised finish on cotton-rich and knit panels; multi-head machines run the whole batch to one file

The free mockup returned within 24 hours shows every placement and method on the garment, so a manager can sign off the jersey and the hoodie together before anything is cut.

How do gamertags, roster numbers and sponsor logos go on the jersey?

Gamertags, numbers and sponsor logos on an esports jersey are all part of the sublimation print, so every player in the roster can carry a different tag inside one design, and the number of sponsor marks does not change the print process. The standard layout, adjusted freely on the mockup, is:

Send the roster as a sheet: gamertag spelling, number if used, size and cut for each player. We print exactly what is on the sheet, and the mockup shows every back so spelling is checked before production, not after. Sponsor marks should arrive as vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) with the sponsor's colour references; our studio flags any mark that will not reproduce cleanly at the size requested and proposes a placement that will. Full placement options are on names, numbers and sponsor logos.

Can we mix player sizes, women's cuts and an academy roster in one order?

Yes. Mixed sizes are allowed within the 20–25 pieces per design, so a starting five in L and XL, two subs in S, a coach in 3XL and fan replicas across the range all count towards the same design. Sizes run adult XS–5XL and women's XS–4XL, with youth sizes for academy rosters, and each cut is graded on computerised patterns so the artwork scales without distortion.

CutSizes offeredNotes for the manager
Regular player fitAdult XS–5XLStandard on-stage jersey; most rosters order this
Oversized drop-shoulderAdult XS–5XLStreetwear silhouette for tees and replicas; check the size chart, it runs larger by design
Women's cutWomen's XS–4XLNarrower shoulder and shorter body on the same artwork
Junior cutYouth sizesAcademy and under-age rosters; artwork re-scaled to the smaller panel

A women's or junior version of the same artwork is a separate pattern, so tell us the split at quote stage and we confirm how it is grouped against the minimum; lower quantities are possible on request. Ask each player to measure chest and body length against the size chart supplied with the mockup, because measurement tolerance within the chart is ±1–1.5 cm and a size chosen wrongly by the player is not a defect.

How far ahead of a LAN or season start should an organisation order, and what happens when the roster changes?

Order about ten weeks before the event you need the kit for. That figure comes from ZipaSports' published lead times: a free digital mockup within 24 hours, an optional physical sample in 5–7 days, bulk production in 15–25 business days after approval, then 5–10 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS to the UK, USA, Europe, Australia or Canada.

Weeks before the eventWhat should be happening
10–12 weeksSend the brief, roster sheet, crest and sponsor files; mockup back within 24 hours
9 weeksSponsor sign-off on the mockup; revisions are free until approval
8 weeksPhysical sample lands (5–7 days), fit checked by a player
7 weeksDesign approved, size breakdown confirmed, bulk production starts (15–25 business days)
2 weeksPre-shipment photos on request, then courier collection
1 weekKit at the org's address with 5–10 days of courier time allowed

Business days exclude weekends and Pakistani public holidays; the office runs Monday to Saturday. When a player transfers in mid-season, the print file and colour references are already on file, so a top-up of one or two jerseys can be made on request and run on express production in 7–12 days. A sponsor change works the same way: a new print file for the affected garments, not a new design from scratch.

Primary and alternate jerseys: colour rules on stage and on stream

Most esports organisations order a primary jersey and an alternate, because tournament operators commonly ask for contrasting kits when two teams share a stage, and a light primary with a dark alternate covers almost every draw. There is no governing-body colour register in esports the way there is in football, so the rules are practical rather than regulatory.

Any colourway can be matched to a Pantone reference, and printing the jersey, scrim top and sublimated hoodie on polyester keeps the shade consistent across the collection. Approved colours are stored with your print files, so a second-season order matches the first within normal dye-lot tolerance. If the org already has a brand guide, send it with the brief and the mockup is built to it.

What the team manager sends us

An esports order moves fastest when the manager sends one message containing the items below. Missing pieces, usually sponsor vectors and the size breakdown, are what delay the mockup rather than anything in the factory.

ItemFormat we needWhy

A logo and an idea are enough to start: the in-house studio produces the first design free within 24 hours and revises it until the org approves. The team kit buying guide covers the same checklist in more depth.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are a five-player roster with two subs. Can we order jerseys for just seven people?

The minimum at ZipaSports is 20–25 pieces per design, and lower quantities are possible on request for small teams. Most orgs reach the minimum without trying: fan replicas, staff jerseys and scrim tops that use the same artwork all count towards the same design, and mixed sizes are allowed.

Can every jersey in the order have a different gamertag?

Yes, every jersey in one esports design can carry a different gamertag, because gamertags are printed in as part of the sublimation rather than added afterwards. A number can sit under the tag or be left off. Send the roster sheet with spellings and sizes, and the mockup shows every back before production.

Our title sponsor changed mid-season. Do we have to reorder the whole kit?

No, a mid-season sponsor change means a new print file for the affected garments rather than a new kit design, because your crest, colours and layout are already on file at ZipaSports. Reorder the jerseys you need, use express production in 7–12 days if the next event is close, and courier delivery takes 5–10 days.

What GSM should an esports jersey be?

An esports jersey is typically 140–180 GSM in 100% polyester interlock or pin-dot mesh with a moisture-wicking finish. Interlock gives the smoothest print surface for gradients and small sponsor marks; mesh is chosen for warmer venues. Hoodies for travel days sit at 240–350 GSM depending on the fleece.

Do you make a women's cut and youth sizes for our academy team?

Yes, the same esports artwork can be produced in a women's cut (XS–4XL) and in youth sizes for an academy roster alongside the adult jerseys (XS–5XL). Each cut is a separate graded pattern, so tell us the split at quote stage and we confirm how it is grouped against the 20–25 per design minimum.

How long before a LAN should our organisation order?

About ten weeks before the event is safe. The mockup takes 24 hours, a physical sample 5–7 days, bulk production 15–25 business days after approval and courier delivery 5–10 days. Express production in 7–12 days exists for a late roster or sponsor change, at additional cost.

Can we sell the same jersey as fan merch through our store?

Yes, fan replica jerseys are made from the same print file as the player jersey, with a blank back or the supporter's own tag, and finished with your woven neck label, hang tag and branded polybag. Established organisations and companies have no MOQ limit at ZipaSports, so restocks can be any quantity.

Will the print crack or fade after washing?

No, a sublimated esports jersey does not crack, peel or fade under normal washing, because dye-sublimation bonds the ink into the polyester fibre instead of sitting on top of it. ZipaSports checks wash-fastness and colour-fastness on sublimated fabric before cutting.

What happens if a jersey arrives with the wrong gamertag or a print fault?

That is a manufacturing defect under the Quality Guarantee: the affected pieces are remade free of charge, with the remake in production within 3 days of your report and replacements shipped at no charge. Send photos and the order reference within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp or email.

Do you ship esports kit to the USA and the EU, and who pays import duty?

Yes, ZipaSports ships esports kit from Sialkot, Pakistan by DHL, FedEx or UPS to the USA, UK, EU, Australia and Canada in 5–10 days, with a commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Import duty and VAT are payable by the importer on arrival unless otherwise agreed with your quote.
