A white-label factory behind your kit business
ZipaSports manufactures teamwear for kit suppliers, teamwear resellers and embroidery shops on a white-label basis: the club or school is your customer, the garment carries your label, and our name does not appear on the product, the mockup or the carton. We are the factory in Sialkot, Pakistan; you are the supplier your clubs know.
That division holds throughout the order. Enquiries about a club's kit come from you, not from the club; we do not contact your customers, and shipping documents show your company as the consignee. If a club asks where its kit is made, "our factory in Sialkot" is an accurate answer, and Sialkot's record in sportswear is a selling point rather than a concern.
Resellers who work with us range from one-person embroidery shops supplying a few Sunday-league sides to regional kit suppliers holding school contracts. As companies, none of them is subject to an MOQ limit; the 20–25 pieces per design figure is a guide for a single club's first run, and lower quantities are possible on request for small squads and top-ups.
Mockups you can forward to your club within 24 hours
Send us a club's crest, colours, sponsor logos and a rough idea of the design, and our studio returns a digital mockup within 24 hours, free, with unlimited revisions before approval. The mockup is delivered as a clean image with no ZipaSports branding, so you can drop it into your own template, add your header and your price, and send it to the club committee as your proposal.
Speed at this stage is what wins a reseller the order, because the club is usually comparing two or three quotes and the first professional mockup tends to become the design the committee discusses. For kit suppliers running several clubs at once we keep a design file per club, so a second-season redesign starts from last year's file rather than from scratch.
Mockups cover the whole kit: home and away shirts, shorts, socks, goalkeeper set, training tee, quarter-zip, hoodie, tracksuit and kit bag, each shown front and back with sponsor positions marked. Names and numbers appear in the club's chosen font so the committee sees what a player will actually receive. The how it works page walks through the approval steps.
Blank garments or fully decorated: choose per order
Embroidery shops usually want blanks they can decorate on their own machines; kit suppliers without decoration equipment want the finished article. We supply both, and a third option in between.
| Option | We supply | You do | Typical garments |
|---|---|---|---|
| Blank | Undecorated garment in your fabric and colour, with your label sewn in | Embroider crests, print names and numbers, apply sponsors locally | Polos, training tees, hoodies, joggers, jackets, caps, bags |
| Part-decorated | Sublimated body panels with a blank chest or sleeve area left for your crest | Embroider the crest or add a late sponsor after arrival | Sublimated match shirts, training tops |
| Fully decorated | Complete kit with crest, sponsors, names and numbers applied in Sialkot | Check, bag by player, deliver | Match kits, teamwear bundles, school PE kit |
Sublimation has to happen before sewing because the design is dyed into the fabric panels, so a sublimated shirt cannot arrive blank in the way a piqué polo can; the part-decorated option exists for exactly that case. Embroidery, screen print, DTF and heat transfer are all in-house if you prefer us to finish the garment, described under printing and decoration and names, numbers and sponsor logos.
Consistent sizing across every club you supply
A reseller sells sizing as much as design: a club that ordered a size M in September expects the size M it tops up in February to fit the same player. Every style we make for you has a locked size chart and a graded pattern set retained on file, and every reorder is cut from those patterns and measured against the same chart at final QC.
Measurement tolerance is ±1–1.5 cm against the chart, the tolerance stated in our Quality Guarantee; a garment outside it on the approved specification is remade. You receive the size chart as a document you can hand to clubs, so committees collect sizes against your chart rather than guessing from a high-street label.
Adult sizes run XS–5XL, women's XS–4XL, and youth sizes are available, all in one production run with mixed sizes. Many kit suppliers order a sizing set (one garment per size, charged at sample cost and credited against bulk) that travels between clubs for try-ons; the size chart guide explains how to run the session.
How a reseller order runs, from club roster to delivery
A typical kit-supplier order follows the same sequence whether it is a 20-shirt Sunday-league side or a whole-school PE contract.
- Brief and quote. You send products, quantities, sizes and artwork; we quote within 24 hours, and WhatsApp messages are answered within 2 hours in business hours.
- Mockup. Free digital mockup within 24 hours; you forward it to the club; revisions continue until the committee approves.
- Roster. You send the names, numbers and sizes in a spreadsheet: one row per player, columns for garment, size, name and number.
- Sample, if needed. Physical sample in 5–7 days at sample cost, credited against bulk; skipped on repeat styles already approved.
- Production. Bulk in 15–25 business days after approval, or express in 7–12 days at additional cost, with in-line and final QC and measurement checks against the size chart.
- Packing. Bagged by player and sorted by club if you ask, with your label in every garment.
- Shipping. DHL, FedEx or UPS in 5–10 days to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe, with commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin; sea freight in 3–6 weeks for stock runs.
Payment terms and a full quotation are confirmed with your enquiry; contact us on WhatsApp for a same-day quote.
Planning the season: volumes, reorders and top-ups
Kit suppliers live on a seasonal cycle, and the factory fits it when the two calendars are lined up. The table works backwards from the date a club wants its kit in hand.
| Stage | Allow | Reseller action |
|---|---|---|
| Design and approval | Mockup in 24 hours; committee time is the variable | Chase sign-off and collect sizes in parallel |
| Physical sample (new styles) | 5–7 days plus courier | Skip for repeat styles |
| Bulk production | 15–25 business days | Confirm the roster before approval; changes afterwards restart the clock |
| Air freight | 5–10 days | Confirm the delivery address in advance |
| Buffer | About a week | Covers customs and a late player |
Pre-season is the peak for every reseller at once, so send us your expected club list and rough volumes before the rush and we plan fabric and capacity around them. Reorders and top-ups, a new signing or a replacement shirt, are produced from the retained patterns and files; as a company you face no MOQ limit, and lower quantities are possible on request, though a small top-up runs to the same 15–25 business day schedule unless you choose express.
Express options when a club leaves it late
Clubs leave it late; a cup final, a new sponsor or a late-agreed budget arrives with a fortnight to spare. Express production takes 7–12 days at additional cost, and with air freight at 5–10 days a fully decorated kit can reach a club in the UK, Europe, North America or Australia in roughly two to three weeks from approval, against four to six weeks on the standard schedule.
Express works when the inputs are ready on day one: artwork approved, roster final, sizes confirmed, label stock in hand. What most often delays a late order is not the factory but a missing player number or a crest supplied as a low-resolution JPEG, so we ask resellers to send vector logos and a complete roster with the express request.
A repeat style that has already been sampled and approved can move straight to production, since no sample step is required. Ask on WhatsApp for the current express slot before promising a date to the club; we reply within 2 hours in business hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00 PKT. The lead-time guide covers what shortens and what lengthens a job.
The range you can sell, with fabric and GSM
Everything a club or school buys from a kit supplier comes off one factory floor in Sialkot, so a reseller can quote a full bundle rather than a shirt alone.
| Garment | Fabric options | GSM | Decoration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Match and training shirts | Polyester interlock, mesh or pin-dot mesh, moisture-wicking | 140–180 | Sublimation, names and numbers in the print |
| Polos and pit shirts | Polyester piqué or poly-cotton piqué | 160–200 or 200–240 | Embroidery, screen print, DTF |
| Shorts | Polyester interlock or microfibre | 140–180 | Sublimation or heat transfer |
| Hoodies, joggers, tracksuits | Cotton-polyester fleece or performance poly fleece | 280–350 or 240–300 | Embroidery, screen print, DTF, puff |
| Socks | Polyester-cotton-spandex knit | Knit | Sublimated |
| Kit bags and backpacks | 600D polyester or 420D nylon | Denier rated | Embroidery, screen print |
Discipline pages give the garment-by-garment detail for the sports resellers sell most: football, rugby, cricket, netball, basketball, hockey and athletics, with caps and socks under accessories and the fabrics reference for every GSM option.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can we sell your kit under our own brand name?
Yes, ZipaSports makes every garment for a kit supplier under the supplier's own brand, with no ZipaSports branding on the product, mockup or carton. Your neck label, size tag and packaging are used. Your clubs and schools deal only with you; the country-of-origin label is the only indication of where the kit was manufactured.
Will you ever contact our clubs directly?
No, ZipaSports does not contact a reseller's clubs or schools directly; your customers are yours. All communication about a club's order runs through you, shipping documents name your company as the consignee, and we do not market to or approach any club or school whose kit we have produced for a reseller.
Can you send mockups without your logo so we can forward them?
Yes, ZipaSports delivers digital mockups within 24 hours as clean images without ZipaSports branding, so you can place them in your own presentation, add your header and pricing and send them to the club committee. Revisions are free and unlimited until the design is approved.
Can we order blank shirts and embroider the crests ourselves?
Yes, ZipaSports supplies blank cut-and-sew garments such as polos, training tees, hoodies and joggers for resellers to embroider locally, shipped undecorated with your label sewn in. Sublimated match shirts cannot be blank because the print is in the fabric, but we can leave the chest area clear for your embroidery.
A club of 14 players wants kit. Is that below your minimum?
No, a 14-player club order is not below the minimum for a reseller, because companies face no MOQ limit with ZipaSports. The 20–25 pieces per design figure is only a guide. Lower quantities are possible on request, so a 14-player side, a replacement shirt or a new signing's top-up can all be produced from the club's retained design file.
Will the sizes be the same as last season's order?
Yes, sizes match last season's order because each style has a locked size chart and graded patterns kept on file at ZipaSports. Every reorder is cut from those patterns and measured against the same chart at final QC, with a tolerance of ±1–1.5 cm. A size M this season measures the same as a size M last season.
How fast can you turn a kit round if a club has left it late?
Express production takes 7–12 days at additional cost, plus 5–10 days by DHL, FedEx or UPS, so a fully decorated kit can reach the club in roughly two to three weeks from approval. Send vector artwork and a complete roster with the request so nothing holds up day one.
Can we mix youth and adult sizes in one club order?
Yes, youth sizes, adult XS–5XL and women's XS–4XL can run together in one ZipaSports production lot with mixed sizes within the design. The roster spreadsheet simply lists each player's garment, size, name and number and the cutting plan is built from it.
What happens if one shirt arrives with a misprinted number?
A shirt with a misprinted number is remade free of charge under the ZipaSports Quality Guarantee, with the remake in production within 3 days of your report. Send a photo and the order reference within 7 days of delivery; we confirm within 24 hours and ship the replacement at no charge.
Do we need physical samples before every club order?
No, a physical sample is not needed before every club order; repeat styles already approved go straight to production from the mockup. A new style or fabric is worth sampling: 5–7 days at sample cost, credited against bulk, and a sizing set can be reused across clubs for try-ons.
