Sportswear Manufacturing for Promotional Merchandise Companies

In short: ZipaSports is a garment factory in Sialkot, Pakistan that manufactures branded apparel for promotional-merchandise and corporate-gift companies: event tees, polos, hoodies, caps, bags, hi-vis and company sports-day kit, decorated in-house by embroidery, screen print, DTF or sublimation. Companies face no MOQ limit, digital mockups are free within 24 hours, bulk runs take 15–25 business days, and garments can be packed per recipient on request.

Branded apparel for promo companies, made to your client's brief

ZipaSports manufactures the apparel side of promotional-merchandise and corporate-gift programmes: event t-shirts, branded polos, hoodies, caps, bags, hi-vis vests and complete company sports-day kits, decorated with the end client's logo and delivered to the promo company that sold the job. We are the factory in Sialkot, Pakistan; the client relationship stays yours.

Promo companies come to a garment factory rather than a blanks-and-print supplier when the job needs something a stock blank cannot give: a Pantone-matched garment colour, a sublimated all-over design, a custom cut, the client's own neck label, or a quantity and mix that would be awkward to decorate in-house. As companies, promo agencies face no MOQ limit with us, so a small executive polo order and a large conference tee run sit on the same terms.

Two pages sit alongside this one: distributors and resellers for general wholesale arrangements and workwear for uniform programmes that continue beyond a single event.

What promo companies order, with fabric and GSM

The garments below account for most promotional and corporate orders we produce. Fabric weights are the option ranges available; your client's budget and the decoration method decide where in the range a job sits.

Product pages carry the construction detail: work polos and tees, hoodies and jackets, caps, bags and hi-vis safety wear, with the hi-vis fabric page explaining what the visibility standard requires of the cloth.

Decoration by method: what to specify for each logo

Promo buyers usually know the decoration method they want before they know the garment, because the method decides how the logo looks and what it costs. All six methods below run in-house in Sialkot, so an order can mix them.

The sublimation vs DTF vs embroidery guide and sublimation vs screen printing go deeper if your client is undecided.

Quantities and lead times, counted back from the event

Promotional orders are date-driven, so we quote lead time before anything else. Bulk production takes 15–25 business days after the mockup is approved; express production takes 7–12 days at additional cost; air freight by DHL, FedEx or UPS adds 5–10 days to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia or Europe, and sea freight adds 3–6 weeks for stock programmes with no fixed date.

On quantity, promo companies face no MOQ limit because they are companies; the 20–25 pieces per design guide applies to first-time custom runs from individual buyers. Mixed sizes within a design are standard, and a single design can run in any quantity. Where a client wants several designs at small volume, say a different departmental colour per team at a sports day, each design is its own lot and lower quantities are possible on request.

Counting back from an event: allow 5–10 days for delivery, 15–25 business days for production, a few days for your client to approve the mockup, and 5–7 days for a physical sample if the client wants to handle one first. The lead-time guide lays this out week by week; ask on WhatsApp for the current express slot when a date is tight.

Packing per recipient, kitting and labels

Corporate merchandise is often handed to a named person, so we pack accordingly when asked. Options include one garment per polybag with a printed name and size sticker, a kit per recipient (tee, cap and gymsack together in one bag), cartons sorted by department, office or event day, and branded boxes for gift programmes. A packing list matching your recipient spreadsheet ships with the goods.

Labelling follows the same logic as the decoration: the end client's logo on the outside, and whatever you specify on the inside. Options are a woven neck label in the client's brand, a printed size tag, a hang tag with your artwork or the client's, or a plain garment label with no brand at all; all are produced in our labelling department, covered under labels, tags and packaging.

For sports-day kit, each team's jerseys can be sublimated in the team colour with the participant's name and a number, then bagged by team so the organiser hands out one carton per side. Send the participant list in a spreadsheet with columns for team, garment, size and name and the cutting plan and packing list are built from it.

Your client's logo on the garment, your company's label inside

Everything we make for a promo company is white-label. The client sees their own logo, Pantone-matched, in the position they approved; the garment carries the label you tell us to use; the shipping documents name your company. ZipaSports does not appear on the product, and we do not contact your clients.

Artwork determines how quickly a job moves. A vector logo (AI, EPS or PDF) with Pantone references lets the studio produce a free digital mockup within 24 hours showing front, back and sleeve placements on the exact garment colour; a JPEG pulled from a website needs redrawing first, which we do but which adds time before the mockup. Unlimited free revisions follow until your client approves, and the approved mockup becomes the reference against which the production run is checked.

Clients who want to handle the garment before committing can have a physical sample in 5–7 days, charged at sample cost and credited against the bulk order. Approved artwork, labels and colour references are retained, so a client who reorders the same polo for next year's conference gets a garment matched to the first run without resubmitting anything. See private label for the label options in full.

Export documents and delivery to your warehouse or the venue

Every consignment leaves Sialkot with a commercial invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin prepared by our export documentation office, which is what the courier or your customs broker needs to clear the goods. Import duty and VAT are payable in the destination country by the importer; our import duties and shipping guide sets out how they are assessed for the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe so you can build them into your client quote.

Delivery goes to whichever address you give us: your warehouse for checking and onward distribution, your client's office, or the venue address for an event. Courier shipments are tracked door to door and the tracking reference is sent to you when the goods leave; pre-shipment photographs of the packed order are available on request so you can confirm the job before it flies.

Air freight suits nearly every promotional order because dates are fixed and quantities are moderate. Sea freight at 3–6 weeks is worth considering only for standing programmes, an annual uniform refresh for instance, where stock can be ordered well ahead. The shipping policy covers carriers, transit times and what happens if a parcel is held at customs.

Quality Guarantee and what to send us

Quality Guarantee: if any garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we remake it free of charge — the remake goes into production within 3 days of your report. On a promotional job that means a misprinted logo, a colour off the approved mockup beyond normal shade tolerance, an open seam, a wrong size or a short quantity against the approved order. Send photos and the order reference on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery; we confirm within 24 hours in business hours, remake the affected pieces and ship them at no charge, or credit you if the event has passed. Made-to-order merchandise carrying a client's logo cannot be returned for change of mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you produce a large run of event tees in one colour with one logo?

Yes, ZipaSports produces single-design event tee runs in any quantity for a company buyer, with mixed sizes across the run and screen print, DTF or sublimation for the logo. Bulk production takes 15–25 business days after mockup approval, with express in 7–12 days at additional cost.

What is the smallest order you take for a corporate client?

Promotional-merchandise companies face no MOQ limit because they are companies. Our 20–25 pieces per design figure is a guide for first-time individual buyers, and lower quantities are possible on request, so a small executive polo order or a directors' gift set can be produced.

Is embroidery or print better for a company logo on a polo?

Embroidery is the usual choice for a polo: it is raised, durable through washing and reads as a corporate garment. Print (screen or DTF) suits logos with gradients, photographic detail or very fine text that thread cannot reproduce. Both run in-house, so we advise per logo.

Can each hoodie be packed with the employee's name on the bag?

Yes, ZipaSports packs one garment per polybag with a printed name and size sticker on request, or a full kit per recipient. Cartons can be sorted by department, office or event day. Send the recipient list as a spreadsheet and the packing list ships with the goods.

Can you match our client's brand Pantone on the garment and the logo?

Yes, ZipaSports matches garment colours to the Pantone reference you supply; sublimated colours are dyed into the fibre to the reference, and embroidery threads and print inks are matched as closely as the medium allows. Minor shade tolerance between dye lots is normal and disclosed in advance.

How far ahead of the event do we need to order?

Count back 5–10 days for courier delivery, 15–25 business days for production and a few days for your client to approve the free 24-hour mockup, so roughly five to seven weeks is comfortable. Express production in 7–12 days shortens that to about three weeks when a date is tight.

Do you make hi-vis vests with a logo for site events?

Yes, ZipaSports makes hi-vis vests and polos from fluorescent fabric designed to EN ISO 20471 visibility requirements, with the logo screen printed, embroidered or heat-transferred clear of the reflective tape. Youth sizes are available for school trips and academy events.

Can one order include tees, hoodies, caps and bags together?

Yes, one ZipaSports order can include tees, hoodies, caps and bags together. Each product is run as its own lot with its own fabric and decoration, the lots run in parallel and the whole order ships together with one commercial invoice and packing list, which keeps freight and clearance simpler for you.

Can you make company sports-day kits with names and numbers?

Yes, ZipaSports makes company sports-day kits with jerseys sublimated in each team's colour, the company logo, the participant's name and a number printed as part of the design, then bagged by team. Send a spreadsheet with team, garment, size and name for each participant.

What if the logo comes out wrong on a delivered batch?

A misprinted or mis-coloured logo against the approved mockup is a manufacturing defect under our Quality Guarantee and is remade free of charge, with the remake in production within 3 days of your report. Report it with photos within 7 days of delivery; replacements ship at no charge, or we credit you.
