Sports Bags, Caps & Accessories Manufacturer for Startup Brands

In short: ZipaSports manufactures sports bags, backpacks, duffles, caps, sublimated socks, gloves and wristbands for startup brands at its factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, from 20–25 pieces per design, in the same order as the brand's garments. Bags are built in 600D polyester or 420D nylon, caps take embroidery and heat transfer, and a free digital mockup of any item is returned within 24 hours.

An accessory line from the factory that already makes your garments

Most startup brands add accessories in the second drop and discover that the cap supplier, the sock mill and the bag factory each have their own minimum, their own artwork rules and their own shipping date. ZipaSports removes that by manufacturing bags, caps, socks, gloves and wristbands in the same Sialkot, Pakistan facility that produces the brand's hoodies, kits and activewear, so one artwork file, one Pantone sheet and one delivery cover the whole line.

The accessory ranges are listed on the sports bags, travel and utility bags, caps and headwear, socks and gloves and team accessories pages. Each item is made to order in your colours with your logo; nothing is stock with a label sewn in afterwards.

The minimum is 20–25 pieces per design, lower on request, and there is no MOQ limit once your brand is established. A brand can launch with accessories alone, add them to a garment order, or run them later as a top-up, and the same rules apply in each case.

What counts as one design when the minimum is 20–25 pieces

Accessories confuse the MOQ question more than garments do, because a cap has no size run and a sock has three. The rule at ZipaSports is the same for every item: one style, in one colourway, with one artwork, is one design.

ItemOne design meansCan be mixed within the minimumCounts as a second design
CapOne style and colour with one front logoClosure type on request; one-size adjustableA second colourway or a different front logo
Kit bag or duffleOne pattern, one shell colour, one logo placementNothing else to mix; bags are one size per styleA second colour or a different size of the same bag
BackpackOne pattern and colourLining colour on requestA different panel layout
Sublimated socksOne all-over artworkSizes S, M and L within the runA different artwork or base colour
GlovesOne style and colourSizes across the runA second colour
Wristbands, headbandsOne colour with one logoPairs or singlesA second colour

A three-colour cap launch is therefore three designs and three minimums. If that is too much stock for a first drop, ask for a lower quantity on request; small first runs are accepted when the artwork is shared across the colourways.

Bags: 600D polyester or 420D nylon, and what to specify

Kit bags, duffles, backpacks and drawstring gymsacks are cut from 600D polyester or 420D nylon with a reinforced base and reinforced stitching at the handle and strap anchors. 600D polyester is the standard for a kit bag or duffle that gets thrown into a car boot; 420D nylon is the lighter option for a backpack or gymsack. Laminated fabric for wet-weather bags and GRS-certified recycled polyester are available on request.

Beyond the shell, a bag brief needs the details that a garment brief does not: the dimensions you want, the number and position of compartments, whether there is a ventilated shoe or wet pocket, padded straps, a laptop sleeve, the zip style and the colour of the zip tape and pullers. If you have a reference bag, photograph it from four sides and mark the changes.

Logo options on a bag are embroidery on the end panel or front pocket, screen print or heat transfer for larger flat graphics, a sublimated polyester panel for an all-over pattern, and a woven or PU patch. Pantone references are matched for the shell fabric as closely as the dye lot allows, so approve a swatch with the sample before bulk.

Caps: embroidery on the front, heat transfer or DTF on the side

A cap is the accessory most startups launch first, and the decoration decides how it reads. ZipaSports embroiders on multi-head machines and applies heat transfer and DTF in-house, so a cap can carry more than one method. The table shows what goes where.

Inner tapingPrintRepeated brand mark; a private-label detail
Whole capSublimated polyester panelsAll-over patterns on a trucker or performance running cap

Styles include structured 6-panel, unstructured dad cap, snapback, trucker mesh, 5-panel, bucket hat and beanie, with snapback, strap-and-buckle or hook-and-loop closures. Send the logo as a vector file; embroidery digitising is done in the studio and shown in the 24-hour mockup with stitch direction marked. A woven label on the inside sweatband finishes the cap as your own product.

Socks, gloves and wristbands: the small items that fill a bundle

Socks, gloves and wristbands are the pieces a brand uses to build a bundle or a gift-with-purchase, and they follow the same 20–25 per design minimum as everything else.

Sublimated socks are knitted in a polyester-cotton-spandex blend and printed all over, so a repeating pattern, a logo on the calf or a colour-blocked crew is possible in one run. Crew, quarter and knee lengths are available, with the size range typically split S, M and L across the run. Because sublimation only takes on polyester, the printed face is polyester-rich while the footbed keeps cotton for comfort; ask for a knitted-in logo instead if you prefer an unprinted sock.

Gloves cover training, cycling and riding styles, with the brand mark embroidered on the back of the hand or printed on the wrist tab; sizes run across the order like a garment. Wristbands and headbands are knitted in your colour with an embroidered or woven logo and are the lowest-effort accessory to add to a first drop.

Each of these ships in the same box as your garments, packed and labelled per SKU, so a bundle can be assembled without a second delivery.

One order, one shipment: adding accessories to a garment run

When accessories join a garment order, ZipaSports runs them on parallel lines. Sublimated socks and printed bag panels go through the same large-format print floor as the jerseys; caps go to the embroidery heads; bags are cut and sewn on the heavy lockstitch lines. The whole order is planned to one dispatch date, and the slowest item sets that date, which is usually the bag because of its component count.

The practical benefits for a startup are administrative. There is one mockup round covering every item, one Pantone sheet, one sample shipment, one commercial invoice and packing list for customs, and one courier consignment. Accessories add volume rather than weight, so a founder should expect the bag portion to drive the courier cost; sea freight at 3–6 weeks becomes worth considering only for a large bag order.

Deadlines align the same way as a garment-only order: bulk production is 15–25 business days after the last item in the order is approved, or 7–12 days on express at additional cost. If the caps are approved on Monday and the bag is still in revision, the clock starts when the bag is signed off, so settle the most complex item first.

Labels, tags and packaging that make an accessory yours

An unlabelled cap is a blank; a labelled one is your product. ZipaSports supplies the full private-label set on accessories, listed on the labels, tags and packaging page and the private label page.

Send label artwork as vector files with the Pantone thread or print colours marked. Woven labels are shown in the 24-hour mockup alongside the product so the whole item is approved once. Your artwork is not reused for another buyer. Care wording is your responsibility to confirm for each market; ZipaSports prints what you approve, and keeps the approved label file on record so reorders match the first run exactly.

Timeline and delivery to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and Europe

The lead times for accessories are the confirmed ZipaSports lead times; a bag order is planned to the same calendar as a garment order.

What to send us, and the guarantee on every item

The brief for an accessory line is shorter than a garment tech pack but has a few items a garment brief lacks. Send these and the mockup comes back within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we launch with caps and bags only, without ordering any clothing?

Yes — ZipaSports takes accessory-only orders from 20–25 pieces per design, lower on request. Caps, bags, socks, gloves and wristbands are made to order in your colours with your logo and labels, and garments can be added in a later drop with the same artwork on file.

Does a cap in three colours count as three designs?

Yes — one style in one colourway with one front logo is one design, so three colours means three minimums of 20–25 caps each. If that is too much stock for a first drop, ask for a lower quantity on request; small first runs are accepted when the artwork is shared.

Can you embroider our logo on the front and print a slogan on the side of the same cap?

Yes — front logos are embroidered flat or in 3D puff on multi-head machines, and a side slogan is applied by heat transfer or DTF in the same factory. The mockup shows both positions together, and a woven label on the sweatband completes the cap.

What are the bags made of, and can we get a recycled fabric?

Bags are made in 600D polyester or 420D nylon with a reinforced base and reinforced stitching; laminated fabric for wet-weather bags is optional. GRS-certified recycled polyester is available on request, and certificate copies are supplied on request.

Can the socks be sublimated with our pattern all over?

Yes — sublimated socks are knitted in a polyester-cotton-spandex blend and printed all over, so a repeating pattern, calf logo or colour-blocked design runs across the sock. Sizes S, M and L can be mixed within the 20–25 piece minimum for one artwork.

Can accessories ship in the same box as our hoodies?

Yes — accessories are produced on parallel lines and consolidated into one consignment with the garments, under one commercial invoice and packing list. Everything is packed and labelled per SKU, so bundles can be assembled on arrival without a second delivery.

Can we have our woven label inside the cap and a hang tag on the bag?

Yes — woven labels are sewn into cap sweatbands, bag pockets and glove cuffs; hang tags, printed size tags, branded polybags and boxes are applied at packing. The label file is kept on record so a reorder matches the first run.

How long does an accessory order take to reach Australia?

Bulk production is 15–25 business days after approval, then DHL, FedEx or UPS delivers to Australia in 5–10 days. Express production at 7–12 days is available at additional cost. A physical sample beforehand takes 5–7 days plus courier time.

What if a zip fails or the embroidery is wrong when the bags arrive?

A manufacturing defect such as a faulty zip, an open seam or embroidery that differs from the approved mockup is covered by the Quality Guarantee: the affected pieces are remade free of charge with the remake in production within 3 days of your report. Wear-and-tear is not covered.

Do we need a tech pack to order a bag?

No — a reference photo marked with changes, the dimensions, the compartments you want and a vector logo are enough; the ZipaSports studio turns that into a mockup within 24 hours. A tech pack helps if you have one, and the tech pack guide explains what to include.
