A set-in shoulder seam sits exactly where a race vest or hydration strap crosses the shoulder. Moving the seam onto the raglan line removes that pressure point, which is the usual cause of shoulder chafing.
Can reflective detail be added for winter training?
Yes, in reflective heat transfer on the chest, back and sleeve. It stays flexible and washes well, and we place it so it does not sit under a pack strap where abrasion would wear it.
