What private label means at this factory
Private label means the garment is manufactured to your specification and leaves Sialkot carrying your brand: your woven neck label, your size and care tags, your hang tag and your packaging. ZipaSports does not appear anywhere on the product, the swing ticket or the polybag.
Three routes exist and buyers mix them up, so here is how we use the words. OEM is your design, your pattern and your specification made in our factory. ODM is our block or existing pattern adapted to your brand, which is faster because the fit is already proven. White label is a stock design sold to several brands with different labels in it; we do not run a white-label programme, because teamwear buyers want colourways and cuts nobody else is selling.
Most brands start with ODM on a proven block and move to fully custom patterns once their fit feedback settles. The difference is explained in more depth in OEM vs private label vs white label.
The teamwear we make under your brand
Anything in the team catalogue can be produced as a private label line. Football kits in home, away, third and goalkeeper colourways; cricket kits in coloured and whites formats; basketball uniforms including reversibles; rugby jerseys, shorts and socks; netball dresses and bodysuits; esports jerseys and hoodies.
Around the on-pitch pieces sit the products that actually carry a teamwear brand's margin: training tops and drill shirts, quarter-zips, tracksuit jackets and pants, rain and bench jackets, polos, base layers, sublimated socks, caps and kit bags. Brands normally launch with three to six designs and extend the range from there.

From tech pack to graded pattern
Send a tech pack and we work to it. Send a sketch and a reference garment and we build the tech pack with you. Both routes end in the same place: a graded pattern held on file under your brand.
Pattern making and grading are computerised in-house, so a block can be cut for men's, women's and youth fits from one design, and your own size chart can replace ours if your market expects different measurements. Sleeve length, body length, hem shape, collar type and armhole depth are all changeable, which matters when your buyers compare your shirt against the brand they wore last season.
What speeds this up: a vector logo file, Pantone references, a measurement chart in centimetres, and a reference garment posted to Sialkot if fit is critical. What slows it down: a low-resolution logo and a description of fit in adjectives.

Decoration: what carries your brand on the outside
All decoration runs in-house, which means the brand mark on the chest and the label in the neck are controlled by the same factory and the same approval.
- Dye sublimation for full-garment prints on polyester: unlimited colours, gradients, sponsor blocks, names and numbers, with nothing sitting on top of the fabric to crack or peel.
- Embroidery for crests, brand marks on polos, caps and bags, and for the raised look retail buyers associate with a finished product.
- Screen printing and DTF transfer for cotton-blend training wear and merchandise tees.
- Tackle twill and appliqué lettering for basketball and American football numbering.
- Puff print and heat transfer vinyl for small-run detail work.

Brands launching a first collection usually run the mockup and sample stages on two or three designs at once, then release the rest to bulk together.
Reorders, minimums and the Quality Guarantee
The minimum is 20–25 pieces per design, lower on request, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. A colourway counts as its own design; a size range does not, so one shirt across youth and adult sizes stays a single design.
Reorders quote the file rather than the brief. The approved mockup, artwork, Pantone references, graded patterns, fabric and GSM selection, trim list and label artwork stay on record, so a repeat run skips the mockup and sample stages entirely and goes to production in 15–25 business days. Minor dye-lot shade variation and a measurement tolerance of about 1–1.5 cm remain normal between runs.
Buyer designs, patterns and artwork are used only for your own orders and are not resold or shown to other buyers. Because the garments carry your own design and labels, they are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you manufacture sports teamwear under my own brand?
Yes. ZipaSports is a private label manufacturer, so kits leave Sialkot with your woven neck label, size and care tags, hang tags and packaging, and nothing on the product carries our name. Both OEM and ODM routes are available.
What is the minimum order per design for private label teamwear?
20–25 pieces per design, lower on request, with no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. Each colourway counts as its own design because it prints from its own file, while sizes within a design do not split the count.
What is the difference between OEM, private label and white label here?
OEM means your design and pattern made in our factory. ODM adapts our proven block to your brand. Private label covers either route with your labels and packaging fitted. We do not run white label, where one stock design is sold to several brands.
Do you make my woven labels and hang tags, or do I send them?
We produce them. Send vector artwork and thread or print colours, and we make the woven neck labels, printed size and care tags, hang tags and branded polybags, then fit them during sewing and packing. Supplied trims can also be used if you already hold stock.
Can you work from my tech pack?
Yes. Send the tech pack and we cut to it, raising queries on anything missing before pattern making. If you have no tech pack, send a sketch, a reference garment and a measurement chart, and we build the specification with you before the sample.
What fabric and GSM should my football jerseys be?
100% polyester interlock or mesh with a moisture-wicking finish at 140–180 GSM covers most match and training shirts. Choose the lighter end for hot markets and the heavier interlock end for cool-season leagues in the UK, Canada or northern Europe.
How long does a private label teamwear run take?
A free digital mockup returns within 24 hours, a physical sample takes 5–7 days, and bulk production runs 15–25 business days after approval, or 7–12 days on express at additional cost. Air courier adds 5–10 days worldwide.
Will you resell my designs to other brands?
No. Buyer designs, patterns and artwork are not resold or shown to other buyers. Your graded patterns, artwork files and colour references are held under your brand and are used only for your own reorders.
Can I reorder next season and get the same garment?
Yes. Reorders are produced from the file we keep: approved mockup, artwork, Pantone references, graded patterns, fabric and GSM, and trim list. They go straight to production, subject to normal dye-lot shade and 1–1.5 cm measurement tolerance.
Can I return private label stock if it does not sell?
No. Garments carrying your own design and labels are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. Manufacturing defects are covered separately by the free remake guarantee, with the remake in production within 3 days of your report.
