ZipaSports manufactures wholesale sports teamwear at its own unit in Sialkot, Pakistan and ships it to trade buyers under their label, not ours. Nothing is bought in and re-badged: fabric is cut, sublimated, embroidered and sewn in-house, and the cartons leave Sialkot with your woven labels already in the garments.

Minimum quantities: 20–25 per design, no MOQ limit for companies
The minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design, lower quantities are possible on request, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies.
For a wholesale buyer the important word is design. Twenty-five home shirts and twenty-five away shirts are two designs, each counted separately, and a colourway change counts as its own design because it is printed from its own file. Sizes do not split the count: one design ordered across youth, women's and adult XS–5XL still counts as one design.
Mixed-category orders work the same way. A distributor can put football kits, netball dresses, training tops, socks and kit bags on one purchase order, meet the 20–25 floor on each design, and receive the whole lot as one shipment with a single packing list.
Established companies are not held to the floor at all. If you are already trading and ordering repeat volume, order the quantity your forecast supports. The background to the policy is set out on low MOQ sportswear manufacturing.
Blank stock or decorated stock: two ways to buy
Some wholesale buyers decorate locally and want garments they can finish themselves; others want the kit shelf-ready. We produce both, and the choice changes what you receive and how quickly you can turn it round.

Repeat-order consistency: making the second run match the first
A wholesale programme only works if run two looks like run one, so ZipaSports keeps the whole specification on file rather than rebuilding it each season.
What we retain after a first production run: the approved mockup, the artwork files at print resolution, the Pantone references for every colour in the design, the graded pattern for each size in your chart, the fabric and GSM chosen for each garment, the label and packaging artwork, and the trim list down to drawcord and zip colour. A reorder quotes that file, not a fresh brief.
Two honest limits apply. Dye lots carry a minor shade tolerance between production runs, and finished measurements carry a tolerance of about 1–1.5 cm against the size chart; neither is a defect. If exact shade continuity matters across a season, order the season's volume in one production run rather than splitting it across the season.

Samples and approvals before you commit the volume
No wholesale order goes into bulk without something approved in writing. There are two approval levels, and you choose how far to take it.
The digital mockup is free and comes back within 24 hours. Send a logo, a sketch, a photo of last season's kit or just a description; the in-house studio returns a front, back and side view with your labels and sponsor placements marked, and revisions are unlimited until you approve it.
A physical sample takes 5–7 days and is charged at sample cost, with that cost credited against your bulk order. Trade buyers normally take this step on a first design, on any new fabric, and whenever a garment is going into a retail range where fit complaints come back to you rather than to us.
