ZipaSports manufactures combat wear in bulk at its own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan and supplies it to trade buyers under their brand. Gi fabric selection, pattern making, sublimation, embroidery, sewing and packing all sit under one roof, so a wholesale buyer deals with the factory that made the garment rather than with an agent placing it elsewhere.

Fightwear moves through a different trade than teamwear. Buyers hold stock, sell across several disciplines at once and are judged on whether a gi still fits after ten washes, so the ordering pattern is wider ranges and tighter specification control.

Bulk order planner for a fightwear range

Fightwear ranges are usually bought as programmes rather than single garments. This planner shows how the common programmes are built and what each one needs before cutting starts.

Express production of 7–12 days is available at additional cost when a seminar, camp or grading date is fixed. Give us the date and we schedule backwards from it.

Minimums across disciplines, and no MOQ limit for companies

The minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design, lower quantities are possible on request, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies.

In combat wear the unit that matters is the design, not the discipline. A white gi and a blue gi are two designs because they are cut and finished from separate specifications; a rash guard in two sleeve lengths from the same print is normally one design with two patterns, which we confirm at quotation. Sizes never split the count, so a gi ordered from children's through to adult sizes is one design.

Mixed-discipline orders are the normal case here. A distributor can put gis, rash guards, muay thai shorts and gym tees on the same purchase order, meet the floor on each design, and receive the range as one shipment with one packing list.

Blank gis and blank rash guards, or decorated stock

Combat wear splits cleanly into stock you finish yourself and stock that arrives ready to sell. Both are made to order in Sialkot; the difference is where the artwork is applied.

Blanks are still cut to your specification, so the same 20–25 piece floor per design and the same 15–25 business day production window apply.

Size curves, grading and repeat-order consistency

Fightwear is returned for fit more often than for print, so the size chart is the part of the specification we lock hardest.

Grading is computerised, and we cut to your chart rather than forcing ours on you: A0–A5 style gi sizing, lettered XS–5XL for apparel, women's blocks, and children's and teen sizes for academy ranges. Every measurement you publish to your customers should appear on the approved chart, because that chart is what the final QC measures against.

On cotton gi fabric the specification sheet records whether the cloth is pre-shrunk and what the expected behaviour is after washing, so your size guide can be written honestly. Rash guards and spats are cut with flatlock seams and graded for stretch recovery rather than to the same block as a tee.

For repeat orders we keep the approved mockup, print files, Pantone references, graded patterns, weave and GSM selection, patch placement map and trim list on record. Minor dye-lot shade variation between runs and a measurement tolerance of about 1–1.5 cm are normal and are not defects.

Samples, in-line checks and what we test before despatch

No bulk fightwear order runs without an approval on record, and trade buyers usually take both approval steps because the end user trains in the garment.

The digital mockup is free and returns within 24 hours, with unlimited revisions before you approve it. A physical sample takes 5–7 days and is charged at sample cost, which is credited against your bulk order. On gis and rash guards we recommend the physical sample every time a weave, GSM or block changes.

During production, cutting is computer-controlled from the approved pattern, and in-line checks run at sewing before final QC. Sublimated fabric goes through wash-fastness and colour-fastness checks, measurements are checked against the approved size specification, and stitching and trims are inspected at final QC before packing.

Sea or air freight, export documents and the Quality Guarantee

Gis ship heavy and rash guards ship light, so most combat wear buyers split the route: the launch quantity by air, the depth of the range by sea.
