Private label, OEM and white label in fightwear
A private label fightwear order is manufactured to your specification and leaves Sialkot carrying only your brand: your woven neck label or tagless neck print, your size and care tags, your hang tag and your packaging. Our name appears on the export documents and nowhere on the product.
The three routes buyers ask about work like this. OEM is your own design, pattern and specification produced in our factory, which is the normal route for a gi cut or a shorts block you want to own. ODM adapts a proven block of ours to your brand, which gets a first collection to market faster because the fit is already tested. White label puts one stock design into several brands; we do not run that programme, because a fightwear label lives or dies on artwork nobody else is selling.

The full combat catalogue can be produced as a private label line. BJJ gis with your patch layout, ranked and team rash guards, spats, MMA fight shorts and vale tudo shorts, muay thai shorts, boxing shorts, robes and walkout jackets, karate gis, doboks, judo gis and belts.
Alongside the competition pieces sit the products that keep a fightwear brand trading between drops: training tees, hoodies, joggers, gym shorts, caps, gi bags and gear bags. A first collection is usually three to six designs, one of which is the gi or the rash guard the brand will be known for.

Patterns and fit: from tech pack to graded block
Send a tech pack and we cut to it. Send a reference gi, a sketch and a measurement chart and we build the specification with you. Either way the output is a graded pattern held on file under your brand.
Pattern making and grading are computerised in-house, so a gi block can carry your own collar height and thickness, lapel width, skirt length and vent shape, and a shorts block can carry your rise, inseam and side-split depth. Women's and children's blocks are graded separately rather than scaled down from the men's pattern, which is the usual reason academy ranges get returned.
What speeds the work up: a vector logo, Pantone references, a measurement chart in centimetres, and a reference garment posted to Sialkot when fit is the deciding factor. What slows it down is a fit described in adjectives and a logo supplied as a screenshot.

Decoration on fightwear: sublimation, embroidery, screen and DTF
All decoration runs in-house, so the patch on a gi shoulder and the label in its collar are controlled by one factory and signed off in one approval.
- Dye sublimation for rash guards, spats and shorts: unlimited colours, ranked sleeves, sponsor blocks and all-over artwork printed into the polyester rather than sitting on it.
- Embroidery for gi patches, belt tails, caps and the raised brand mark retail buyers expect on a gi lapel.
- Screen printing and DTF transfer for cotton gis, tees and the merchandise line.
- Appliqué and twill lettering for boxing shorts and walkout wear.
- Puff print and heat transfer vinyl for small detail work and tagless neck prints.

Brands with a fixed launch date should book the sample stage first and approve the remaining designs while that sample is in transit.
Reorders, minimums and the Quality Guarantee
The minimum is 20–25 pieces per design, lower on request, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. Each gi colourway counts as its own design; sizes within a design do not split the count.
A reorder quotes the file, not the brief. We keep the approved mockup, print files, Pantone references, graded patterns, weave and GSM selection, patch placement map, trim list and label artwork under your brand, so a repeat run skips the mockup and sample stages and goes straight into a 15–25 business day production window. Minor dye-lot shade variation and a measurement tolerance of about 1–1.5 cm between runs are normal and expected.
Your designs, patterns and artwork are used only for your own orders and are not resold or shown to other buyers. Because the garments carry your own artwork and labels, they are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind.

Can you manufacture combat wear under my own brand?
Yes. ZipaSports is a private label combat wear manufacturer, so gis, rash guards and shorts leave Sialkot with your neck labels, size and care tags, patches, hang tags and packaging. Nothing on the product carries our name.
What is the minimum order per design for private label fightwear?
20–25 pieces per design, lower on request, with no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. A white gi and a blue gi are two designs; the same gi across children's and adult sizes stays one design.
Is this OEM or white label manufacturing?
OEM and ODM. OEM makes your own design and pattern; ODM adapts a proven block of ours to your brand for a faster launch. We do not run white label, where one stock design is sold to several brands at once.
Do you make my woven labels, patches and hang tags?
Yes. Send vector artwork and colours and we produce woven or tagless neck labels, size and care tags, embroidered or sublimated patches, hang tags and branded polybags, then fit them in production. Supplied trims can be used if you already hold stock.
What weight should my gi be if I am launching a brand?
Pearl weave or single weave at 350–550 GSM covers most launches, with 8–12 oz ripstop or twill trousers. Lighter weights suit competition and children's ranges; heavier weights suit academies training several times a week.
Can you work from my tech pack?
Yes. We cut to your tech pack and query anything missing before pattern making. Without one, send a reference garment, a sketch and a measurement chart in centimetres and we build the specification with you before sampling.
Can I put ranked sleeves and sponsor panels on my rash guards?
Yes. Rash guards are fully sublimated at 180–220 GSM with flatlock seams, so rank sleeves, team artwork and sponsor panels are printed into the fabric and will not crack or peel with washing.
How long does a private label fightwear run take?

Will my gi patterns and artwork stay exclusive to me?
