Low MOQ Custom Jerseys: From 20 Pieces Per Design, Made in Sialkot

In short: ZipaSports makes low MOQ custom jerseys in Sialkot, Pakistan from 20–25 pieces per design, with mixed sizes and a different player name and number on every shirt included in the sublimation print. Clubs, esports rosters, cycling groups and new brands order football, basketball, cricket, rugby and esports jerseys with a free mockup within 24 hours, bulk in 15–25 business days and courier delivery in 5–10 days.

Can I get 20 custom jerseys made? The short answer

Yes. ZipaSports makes custom jerseys with a minimum of 20–25 pieces per design, mixed sizes and mixed names and numbers allowed within that one minimum, lower quantities on request, and no MOQ limit for established sportswear brands. The jerseys are cut, sublimated and sewn in the factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, and shipped by DHL, FedEx or UPS.

That number suits the buyers who usually ask the question: a Sunday league squad of eighteen plus subs, a university esports roster with a couple of reserve shirts, a cycling club ordering a season jersey, a cricket side wanting coloured kit for a T20 league, or a founder testing a jersey design before launching a brand. None of them needs a hundred shirts, and none of them should have to buy a hundred to get a shirt that carries their own crest.

Which sports and disciplines we make jerseys for

A jersey is any sublimated top worn to play or compete, and ZipaSports makes them for the full run of team and individual sports. Each discipline has its own cut: a football shirt is a set-in or raglan sleeve tee, a basketball jersey is a sleeveless tank with a deeper armhole, a cricket shirt is often a collared polo-style with long or short sleeves, a cycling jersey has a full or half zip and rear pockets, a rugby shirt is heavier with a reinforced collar, and an esports jersey is a button-front or crew-neck cut for sitting in.

The cut changes; the minimum, the print method and the timeline do not.

MOQ by jersey product and decoration method

Every jersey product ZipaSports makes carries the same 20–25 piece minimum per design, whichever decoration method is used. What changes between methods is what counts as one design, which is worth understanding before you plan a kit.

ProductUsual decorationMinimum per designWhat counts as one design
Match jersey (short sleeve)Full sublimation20–25One artwork; names and numbers vary freely inside it
Long-sleeve jerseyFull sublimation20–25Separate pattern from the short sleeve, so a separate design

A goalkeeper shirt is the classic case for lower on request. Methods are compared on the printing hub.

Names and numbers: printed in, not stuck on

On a sublimated jersey from ZipaSports, the player name, number, crest and sponsor logos are part of the artwork and are dyed into the polyester fibre with the rest of the design, so every shirt in a 20-piece order can carry a different name and number without leaving the one minimum. There is no per-name setup and nothing is applied afterwards that could peel or crack.

You send a roster, a spreadsheet with size, name and number per player, and the studio drops each entry into the approved template. Number fonts, outline strokes, name placement above or below the number, and sponsor logos on chest, sleeve or back are all set at the mockup stage. Sponsor logos do not add to the minimum either; they are pixels in the same file.

On a solid-fabric training tee or hoodie decorated by screen print or embroidery, a full roster of individual names is handled differently: the crest and sponsor go on by print or stitch, and individual names and numbers are applied by heat transfer or DTF. The names, numbers and sponsor logos page explains which method suits which garment, and the dye sublimation page covers why the print does not fade.

Jersey fabrics and GSM: what the options mean

Sublimated jerseys at ZipaSports are made from 100% polyester knits in the 140–180 GSM range, because sublimation dye bonds to polyester and the weight range covers everything from a hot-climate football shirt to a rugby jersey. The choice inside that range is about ventilation and hand-feel rather than print quality, which is the same on all of them.

Fabric optionGSM rangeCharacterUsually chosen for
Polyester interlock140–180Smooth face, stable, holds fine detail in the printFootball, cricket, esports, cycling
Polyester mesh140–180Open structure, most airflowBasketball, summer football, motocross
Pin-dot mesh140–180Micro-perforated, between interlock and meshTraining shirts, warm-weather kits
Moisture-wicking finishApplied to any of the aboveMoves sweat to the outer faceAny match jersey
Heavier interlock, reinforced collarUpper end of 140–180Denser knit for contactRugby

A club that cannot decide should say where and in which months the jersey will be worn; a Sydney summer league and a Scottish winter league get different recommendations. The football jersey GSM guide goes into the reasoning. Mixed fabric panels, mesh under the arms on an interlock body for example, are possible within one design.

Mixed sizes, home and away, youth and adult, and reorders

All 20–25 jerseys in a design can be different sizes, and youth and adult sizes can sit in the same minimum, because the artwork is scaled to each graded pattern before printing. A club with twelve adults and eight under-16s orders one design of 20. Women's cuts are graded separately but can also share the design.

Home and away are two designs. Each is a different artwork and usually a different base colour, so each needs its own 20–25. A club that wants a third colour or a goalkeeper colour in a smaller number should ask, because lower quantities are possible on request.

Reorders are where the sublimation process pays back. The approved artwork, the graded patterns and the print file stay on record, so a new signing's shirt in March is made from the same file as the September order, in the same fabric batch where stock allows. Small reorders are handled on request; established brands and kit suppliers have no MOQ limit at all. Shade between dye lots can vary slightly, which is why ordering a couple of blank-name spares in the first run is the safest way to cover mid-season arrivals.

Timeline from roster to kit bag

Working backwards from a first fixture or a tournament date is the only reliable way to plan a jersey order. The table gives the stages and the time each one takes at ZipaSports; add them up from the day you send the roster.

StageDurationWhat happens
Brief sentDay 0Crest, colours, sponsor logos, roster with sizes, names and numbers

Physical sample (optional)5–7 daysOne made-up jersey at sample cost, credited against bulk
Bulk production15–25 business daysPrint, press, cut, sew, QC, pack; starts on approval
Express production7–12 daysReplaces the bulk stage at additional cost
Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS)5–10 daysTracked door-to-door delivery

A club that approves the mockup without a physical sample and takes standard production should count on roughly four to seven weeks door to door, allowing for weekends and customs. With a sample in the loop, add a week to ten days. Express production shortens the middle stage when a league start has crept up. The lead-time guide has worked examples, and the manufacturing process page shows what happens inside the 15–25 days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order just 20 jerseys with a different name and number on each one?

Yes, 20 custom jerseys can each carry a different player name and number. On a sublimated jersey the names and numbers are part of the print file, so all 20–25 shirts in one design can carry different names and numbers within the single minimum. Send a roster with size, name and number per player and the studio fills the template.

Do all 20 jerseys have to be the same size?

No, the 20–25 jerseys in one design can be any mix of adult XS–5XL, women's XS–4XL and youth sizes, because the artwork is scaled to each graded pattern before printing. ZipaSports in Sialkot, Pakistan applies the minimum per design, never per size.

Does a home kit and an away kit count as one design or two?

A home kit and an away kit count as two designs. Each is a separate artwork on a separate base colour, so each carries its own 20–25 piece minimum. A goalkeeper shirt or a third colour in a smaller quantity is possible on request.

Can we mix youth and adult sizes in one order of 20?

Yes, youth and adult sizes can share one order of 20 pieces. A club with twelve adults and eight juniors orders one design of 20 in the sizes listed on the roster. Youth sizes are graded separately from adult sizes, but they share the same print file and the same minimum.

Where can I get esports jerseys made with a low minimum order?

ZipaSports makes sublimated esports jerseys from 20–25 pieces per design, with player tags, team crest and sponsor panels included in the print and an optional embroidered chest logo. Mockup within 24 hours; bulk in 15–25 business days; courier delivery in 5–10 days.

How long will 25 sublimated jerseys take to reach the UK?

From approval of the mockup, allow 15–25 business days for production and 5–10 days for DHL, FedEx or UPS delivery, so roughly four to seven weeks door to door. Express production in 7–12 days at additional cost shortens that when a season start is close.

Will the numbers peel or crack after washing?

Sublimated numbers do not peel or crack. The names, numbers and crest are dyed into the polyester fibre rather than sitting on the surface, so there is no layer to peel, crack or fade. Only heat-transfer or DTF numbers on solid-fabric garments have a surface layer.

Can I add matching shorts and socks to a 20-jersey order?

Yes, matching shorts and socks can be added to a 20-jersey order. Shorts are a separate design with their own 20–25 minimum, in polyester interlock or microfibre at 140–180 GSM, and sublimated socks are available in the same colours. The clubs page lists everything a full kit order usually includes.

Can I reorder five jerseys later for new players?

Reordering five jerseys later is possible on request. The approved print file and graded patterns stay on record, so a top-up is made from the same artwork. Established sportswear brands and kit suppliers have no MOQ limit at all. Expect slight shade variation between dye lots.

What happens if a jersey arrives with a misprint?

A misprint is a manufacturing defect, so it falls under the free remake guarantee: the affected jerseys are remade at no charge, with the remake in production within 3 days of your report. Send photos and the order reference within 7 days of delivery; replacements ship to you free.
