Custom Arm Warmers
ZipaSports manufactures custom arm warmers in Sialkot, Pakistan, with a minimum order of 20–25 pieces per design and 15–25 business day production. Clubs add arm warmers to a spring kit order so riders can convert a short-sleeve jersey without breaking the colourway.
Each warmer is cut from 240 GSM brushed nylon-spandex with a single flatlock seam running down the inside of the arm. A silicone gripper band at the bicep holds the top in place under a jersey sleeve, and the wrist is finished with a soft flat cuff. Sublimation runs the full length of the panel before cutting, so club stripes continue cleanly from the jersey sleeve into the warmer.
