The shell is 210T PU-coated fluorescent polyester with all major seams heat-sealed, closed by a full-length zip behind a storm flap with hook-and-loop tabs. Can logos be printed without breaking the waterproofing?
Yes. We use heat transfer and DTF on the outer face, which bonds to the coating without needle penetration. Embroidery is possible on a chest badge if you accept stitch holes, and we back it with a sealed patch on the inside.
Does it fit over a bodywarmer or fleece?
It is cut with a generous chest and armhole specifically for layering over a fleece or padded bodywarmer. If you order both from us we grade the shell one step wider so the fleet layers without going up a size.
