What is the difference between semi-elastic and traditional wraps?
Traditional cotton wraps are non-stretch and need more precise technique to sit right, while semi-elastic wraps mould to the hand and stay snug through long sessions. Most gyms now standardise on semi-elastic; we produce both.
How should the wraps be washed?
Close the hook-and-loop tab, machine wash cold in a laundry bag and line dry. This stops the hook strip chewing other kit and keeps elasticity for well over a hundred wash cycles.
Which length suits which boxer?
The 4.5 m adult length covers full knuckle, wrist and thumb wrapping for most hand sizes; 3 m suits juniors and smaller hands or lighter bag work. We can cut custom lengths for coaching programmes.
