Private label bags and accessories are manufactured to your specification and finished with your labels, so nothing inside the carton carries our name. ZipaSports has run OEM and private-label programmes from our own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan since 2005.
Three routes exist and buyers often mix them inside one range:
- Full OEM — you supply the tech pack or sketches and we build the pattern, the sample and the production run to your drawing. Nobody else receives that pattern.
- Private label on a factory block — you start from a shape we already produce, change the panel layout, materials, hardware finish and colourway, then add your own labelling.
- White label — a stock shape with your logo applied and your neck or lining label fitted, which is the quickest way to fill a gap in an existing range.

From tech pack to graded pattern and hardware list
Send a tech pack and we build the pattern set in-house rather than adapting yours to a stock shape. Computerised pattern making and grading, then computer-controlled cutting, keep every repeat cut from the same file.
For bags, the specification sheet fixes the shell material, the lining, panel dimensions, base reinforcement, pocket layout, webbing widths, zip and buckle type and the handle or strap construction. For caps it fixes panel count, crown height, peak shape, closure type and sweatband. For socks and gloves it fixes the size run, cuff or wrist finish and the knit or panel structure.
If no tech pack exists, a reference sample, a photograph with dimensions, or a sketch with written notes is enough to start. Our studio returns a free digital mockup within 24 hours and revises it as many times as you need before you approve anything. Nothing is cut until you sign off the drawing, the materials and the size specification.

These are the option bands the factory runs. The exact shell, lining and hardware finish are fixed inside those bands when your specification sheet is approved, and recycled options are available where the range calls for them.

Any colourway can be matched to a Pantone reference and the approved values are kept on file so season two matches season one.
Minimum order quantity for a private-label accessories range
Minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. Lower quantities are possible on request for a first sample run or a small launch drop.
Per design means per shape and colourway, not per order. A first range of a kit bag, a backpack, a cap and a sock design is four designs at 20–25 pieces each, all carrying the same labels, hang tags and packaging. Sizes are mixed freely inside a design where the item is sized, so a cap run can carry two sizes and a sock run three without splitting the minimum.
That structure lets a new label test a small range across several product families rather than commit everything to one shape. Reorders, stored patterns and adding a second season
Reorders repeat from stored files rather than from a fresh interpretation of your artwork. After the first run we hold the graded pattern, the approved colour references, the label and hang-tag artwork, the packing instruction and the size specification against your brand.
A reorder is therefore a quantity and a size breakdown, not a new brief, and the same minimum of 20–25 pieces per design applies. Where a bag shape and a cap shape from the same range are reordered together, they are decorated to the same stored Pantone values so the range still reads as one family on a shelf.
Adding a second season is normally an extension of the same pattern set: a new colourway on an existing shape needs artwork only, while a genuinely new shape restarts at mockup and sample. Established brands can also run staged deliveries against one purchase order, taking an initial drop by air and the balance by sea. Quality Guarantee on accessories carrying your label
Quality Guarantee: if any garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we remake it free of charge — the remake goes into production within 3 days of your report.
On a private-label accessories order that covers a print fault such as a misprint, ghosting or a colour off the approved mockup beyond normal shade tolerance; a stitching fault such as an open seam, skipped stitches or loose and missing trims; a wrong size against the approved size specification; and the wrong item or wrong quantity against the approved order. Missing or wrongly placed labels against the approved label sheet fall under the same rule, because on an own-label range the labelling is part of the specification.
Minor shade variation between dye lots, measurement variation inside the ±1–1.5 cm chart tolerance, a size chosen wrongly by the buyer, change of mind and wear-and-tear are not defects. Goods made to order under your own brand cannot be returned for change of mind, and we state that plainly.
