What a wholesale bags and accessories order covers

Wholesale here means bulk, made-to-order production. Nothing comes off a stock rail and nothing leaves the building carrying our name: each carton is cut, sewn, decorated and packed against a specification you signed off, in your colourway, with your neck label, hang tag or barcode sticker where you use one.

Five groups run through the same factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, which is why one purchase order can carry all of them: team kit bags, duffles and backpacks, travel and utility bags, caps and headwear, socks and gloves, and team accessories such as towels, wristbands, armbands and drawstring pouches. Minimum order for bulk bags, caps and accessories — and why there is no ceiling

The minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design, lower on request, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. On accessories a design means one item in one material and one colourway, so a 600D kit bag in navy is one design and the same bag in red is a second, and both can sit on one purchase order.

Sized goods behave the way apparel does. Socks and gloves are split across the size curve inside a single design, and caps can mix youth, adult and fitted sizes, without lifting the minimum. Most bags are a single size, so the split there is by capacity or colour rather than by size.

The floor exists so a distributor can trial a shape for one season before committing a range to it. It is not a cap on volume: container quantities are quoted through the same process as a 25-piece trial, with the tiers confirmed in writing on your quotation. Bulk order planner: item, material, minimum and decoration

Use this planner to shape a wholesale order before you enquire. Materials shown are the standard option bands the factory runs; the exact shell, lining, hardware and finish are fixed inside those bands when your specification sheet is signed off.

Two habits keep a bulk quotation accurate: send the quantity per item per colourway rather than one round total, and state up front whether the goods are being decorated here or after they land with you.

Blank, blank with your label, or fully decorated

Bulk accessories leave Sialkot in one of three states, and the decision belongs at specification stage rather than after cutting.

• Blank in your colourway. Made to order on our line with no branding applied, for a reseller who decorates locally against club and school orders.
• Blank with your labelling. Undecorated goods carrying your woven label, printed size tag, hang tag and polybag, so stock sits on your shelf as your own product until an order needs artwork.
• Fully decorated. Club crests, sponsor blocks, player names and dealer marks applied here, then packed per club, per size or per carton as your picking system needs.

One production rule decides the rest. Sublimation puts dye into the fabric before panels are sewn, so a sublimated sock or a sublimated bag panel cannot be bought blank and printed later. Embroidery, screen print, DTF and heat transfer are surface methods applied to a finished item, so those can be left to you. If your model is to hold blank stock and decorate to order, build the buy around plain-shell bags, twill caps and knitted socks rather than around sublimated items. Mixed-category orders on one purchase order

Bags and accessories rarely move on their own, and there is no requirement to split them from the rest of your buy. Apparel and hard goods are quoted, produced and packed together, so a distributor can put a football kit run, matching kit bags and embroidered caps on a single purchase order with one production schedule and one shipment.

That matters for two practical reasons. Colour is one: a cap peak, a sock stripe and a jersey trim can be matched to the same Pantone reference in a single approval round instead of three. Freight is the other, because part-filled cartons of accessories usually travel better alongside apparel than as a standalone consignment.

Repeat orders and season-to-season consistency

Consistency on repeat business comes from records, not memory. After a first bulk run we hold your graded pattern, the approved material and hardware specification, the print files and the colour references, so a reorder is produced against the same paperwork rather than re-drawn from a photograph.

Three things are worth writing into your own reorder note: the item and colourway code from the original specification sheet, the quantity per size where sizes apply, and any change you want carried in, such as a different zip pull or a new sponsor block. Anything unchanged is produced from file.

Two limits should be stated plainly. Dye lots vary slightly between production runs on knitted and woven goods, which is normal shade tolerance rather than a fault, and a hardware component can be superseded by its supplier, in which case we confirm the substitute before cutting instead of after. Reorders follow the standard 15–25 business day bulk window once approved.

Samples before you commit a wholesale run

Every enquiry starts with a free digital mockup produced within 24 hours, with unlimited revisions before you approve it. Send a logo, a sketch, a competitor photo or a written brief, and the in-house studio draws the item in your colourway at no charge.

A physical sample is charged at sample cost and that cost is adjusted against your bulk order, so it behaves as a deposit on the run rather than an extra line on the invoice. Sample turnaround is 5–7 days. On accessories the sample is where you check what a screen cannot show: zip action and pull weight, base rigidity under load, strap padding, cap crown height and stiffener, and how a sock knit sits over the heel.

Sea freight, air freight and export documents

Plan the shipment backwards from your on-sale date, and count production from mockup approval rather than from the date the enquiry was sent.

Bags are bulky for their weight, so the sea-or-air decision usually turns on volumetric weight rather than actual weight; a mixed consignment of apparel and bags often splits well, with the apparel flown for launch and the bags shipped by sea. For a wholesale buyer that covers a print fault such as a misprint, ghosting or a colour off the approved mockup beyond normal shade tolerance; a stitching fault such as an open seam, skipped stitches or loose and missing trims; a wrong size against the approved size specification; or the wrong item or wrong quantity against the approved order. Minor shade variation between dye lots, measurement variation inside the ±1–1.5 cm chart tolerance, a size chosen wrongly by the buyer, change of mind and wear-and-tear are not defects.
