Decoration on a private-label activewear range
Six decoration methods run in-house, and the right one depends on the cloth rather than on the artwork. On 4-way stretch leggings and bras, heat transfer and small embroidery move with the fabric; heavy plastisol coverage does not, so logo placements are kept modest and positioned away from high-stretch panels.
On polyester tees and tanks, dye sublimation puts unlimited colours across the whole panel with no fade, crack or peel, because the dye bonds into the fibre rather than sitting on it. For a two-colour logo repeated across thousands of tees, screen printing is the cleaner economy.

Two tolerances are unavoidable and should be reflected in your own returns wording. Dye lots vary slightly, so a black from one run may sit a shade from the next; and finished measurements carry a ±1–1.5 cm tolerance inside the size chart. Keeping a sealed reference garment from the first run gives both sides something physical to compare against.
