Wholesale Motowear Manufacturer & Supplier — Bulk Custom Orders

In short: ZipaSports is a custom motowear manufacturer and supplier in Sialkot, Pakistan — our own factory since 2005 — producing motocross jerseys, MX pants, enduro kit, pit-crew shirts and casual riding wear for distributors, kit resellers, retailers, promotional companies and established brands, from 20–25 pieces per design, with a free 24-hour digital mockup and a free remake on any manufacturing defect.

What a wholesale motowear order from our factory covers

Wholesale motowear at ZipaSports is bulk cut-and-sew production of riding apparel made to order under your own label. There is no stock rail and no catalogue garment carrying our name in the neck: every carton is cut against a mockup you approved, in your colourway, with your woven label and your packing.

Five families run through the same building in Sialkot, Pakistan, which is why one purchase order can carry all of them: motocross jerseys and MX pants, enduro and off-road kit, road-racing and track apparel, pit-crew and paddock shirts, and casual riding wear such as tees, hoodies and caps. The full product map sits on the motowear hub.

The buyers placing these orders are powersports distributors and wholesalers, dealership groups and kit resellers, motorcycle retailers, promotional-merchandise companies filling a dealer or sponsor contract, and established riding brands moving production to a factory that will also hold their patterns. Trade buying terms are set out for distributors and resellers.

Minimum order quantity for bulk motowear, and why there is no ceiling

The minimum order is 20–25 pieces per design, lower on request, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. The floor exists so a buyer can trial a graphic or a fit before committing a season to it. It is not a cap on what a distributor can buy.

Sizes are open inside a design. Twenty-five jerseys can be split across youth sizes through to 3XL in whatever ratio your sell-through supports, and individual pieces can carry different rider names and numbers without changing the minimum. On MX pants the same rule applies, but the size curve matters more, because waist and inseam grading drives the pattern set that gets cut.

Whether a second colourway counts as a separate design depends on whether it changes the print file or the dye lot, and that is confirmed in writing with your quotation before you commit. If you are building a first season buy from nothing, MOQ explained for apparel buyers sets out how to construct the grid.

Bulk order planner for custom motowear: garment, fabric, weight and decoration

Work down this planner to shape a bulk riding-kit order before you send the enquiry. The weights shown are the option bands the factory runs as standard; the exact fabric, weight and finish are fixed inside each band when your specification is signed off.

GarmentFabric optionWeightMinimum per designDecoration that suits volume
MX and enduro jerseyVentilated polyester mesh, moisture-wicking150–180 GSM20–25Full sublimation, edge to edge
MX pants600D polyester shell, reinforced seat and knee600D woven20–25Sublimated panels plus heat transfer or embroidery
Pit-crew and paddock shirtPolyester piqué160–200 GSM20–25Sublimation for all-over sponsor layouts; embroidery on the chest
Riding teePolyester interlock140–180 GSM20–25Screen printing at volume
Riding hoodie and jacketCotton-polyester fleece280–350 GSM20–25Embroidery, puff print or screen print
Gear and kit bags600D polyester or 420D nylonWoven, reinforced base20–25Screen print or embroidery

Two habits keep a bulk quotation accurate. Send the size curve per style per colourway rather than a round total, and state whether names and numbers are needed, because personalised pieces are handled as a per-piece step at the print stage.

Blank, blank-with-your-label or fully decorated

Wholesale motowear can leave the factory in three states, and the choice has to be made before cutting rather than afterwards.

One production constraint decides the rest. Sublimation dye goes into the fabric before the panels are sewn, so a sublimated MX jersey cannot be bought blank and printed later; the graphic and the colourway are one decision. Screen printing, heat transfer, DTF and embroidery are surface methods applied to a finished garment, so those can be left to you. If your model is to hold blank stock and decorate to order, build the range around piqué shirts, interlock tees and fleece rather than around sublimated jerseys.

Mixed-category orders on one purchase order

One purchase order can carry motowear alongside any other category we make, which is how most distributors reach a sensible freight weight without over-buying a single style. A dealer programme might combine MX jerseys and pants with paddock polos, riding tees, hoodies, caps and gear bags in a single consignment.

Each design still needs its own 20–25 pieces, and the minimum is counted per design rather than per order, so a mixed order does not dilute it. What a mixed order does change is the packing. Cartons are packed and labelled by style, colourway and size, with a carton-level packing list, so a warehouse can book stock in without opening every box.

Categories that combine well on a moto purchase order include wholesale sports teamwear for dealership sponsorships, wholesale workwear for the service department, and wholesale bags and accessories. The same buyer usually places the follow-up as a private-label motowear programme once the range settles.

Repeat orders: what your motowear supplier holds on file

After a first wholesale run we hold the pattern set, the graded size specification, the approved print files, the Pantone references and your label artwork on file, so a reorder is quoted and cut against the same specification instead of being rebuilt from a sample.

Three things move between runs, and it is better to plan for them than to be surprised. Fabric shade can shift slightly between dye lots, which is normal in dyed polyester and sits inside shade tolerance rather than counting as a fault. Measurements carry a tolerance of roughly ±1–1.5 cm against the size chart. Sponsor artwork changes more often than either, so send the current logo pack with each reorder rather than assuming last season's file still applies.

If a season's total is known, ordering it in one production run is the cleanest way to keep shade identical across the whole buy. Where that is not possible, ask for the reorder to be cut from a single lot and for pre-shipment photos next to the previous run.

Samples before you commit a wholesale run

Every wholesale enquiry starts with a free digital mockup produced within 24 hours, with unlimited free revisions before you approve it. Send a logo, a sponsor sheet, a reference photo or a sketch, and the in-house studio draws the garment in your colourway.

A physical sample is charged at sample cost and that cost is adjusted against your bulk order, so it is a deposit on the run rather than an extra line. Sample turnaround is 5–7 days. For a distributor, the sample is where you check the things a screen cannot show: the mesh hand-feel on a jersey, the stiffness of a 600D pant panel, the collar roll on a piqué pit shirt and the fit against your local size expectations.

Before shipping a bulk run we can send pre-shipment photographs, and a factory video tour is available on request. Full sampling terms are on the sample policy page.

Sea freight, air freight and export documents

Plan the shipment backwards from your on-sale date. Production time starts when the mockup is approved, not when the enquiry arrives, so approval dates are the ones to hold your suppliers to.

Quality Guarantee on every wholesale carton

Quality Guarantee: if any garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, we remake it free of charge — the remake goes into production within 3 days of your report.

A manufacturing defect means a print fault such as a misprint, ghosting or a colour off the approved mockup beyond normal shade tolerance; a stitching fault such as an open seam, skipped stitches or loose and missing trims; a wrong size against the approved size specification; or the wrong garment or wrong quantity against the approved order. Minor shade variation between dye lots, measurement variation inside the ±1–1.5 cm chart tolerance, a size the buyer chose wrongly, change of mind and wear-and-tear are not defects.

Because these garments are made to order and carry your own graphics and labels, they cannot be returned for change of mind, and that is stated plainly rather than buried. The written policy sits on the quality guarantee page, and inspection routines run in line and again before packing at our Sialkot factory.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order for wholesale motowear?

The minimum is 20–25 pieces per design, with sizes mixed freely inside that design. Lower quantities are possible on request for a test run, and there is no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies placing volume orders.

Is there a motowear wholesale manufacturer with no minimum order for companies?

ZipaSports applies no MOQ limit for sportswear brands and companies. Established distributors, retailers and riding brands can order any quantity per design; the 20–25 piece floor applies to buyers testing a design for the first time.

Can I buy blank MX jerseys in bulk and print them myself?

Blank riding tees, piqué pit shirts and fleece can be supplied plain or with your labels only, ready for you to decorate. A sublimated MX jersey cannot: the dye goes into the fabric before the panels are sewn, so the graphic is fixed at cutting.

How long does a bulk motowear order take from Pakistan?

Bulk production takes 15–25 business days from design approval, with express production in 7–12 days at additional cost. Add 5–10 days for air freight or 3–6 weeks for sea freight from Sialkot, Pakistan.

Can I mix motocross jerseys, pit shirts and gear bags on one wholesale order?

Yes. One purchase order can carry jerseys, MX pants, paddock shirts, hoodies, caps and bags, because all of them are made in the same factory. Each design still needs its own 20–25 pieces, and cartons are packed and labelled by style, colourway and size.

Do you charge for samples before a bulk motowear order?

The mockup itself is free and lands within 24 hours, with unlimited revisions until you approve it. A physical sample is charged at sample cost, and that cost is adjusted against your bulk order. Sample turnaround is 5–7 days.

Will my reorder match last season's jerseys?

Patterns, graded size specifications, print files, Pantone references and label artwork are held on file, so a reorder is cut to the same specification. Slight shade variation between dye lots is normal; ordering a season's total in one run avoids it entirely.

Should I ship a wholesale motowear order by sea or by air?

Air freight with DHL, FedEx or UPS takes 5–10 days and suits first orders, mid-season replenishment and anything tied to a race calendar. Sea freight takes 3–6 weeks and suits a full season buy where the delivery window is known months ahead.

What export documents come with a wholesale shipment?

Each shipment leaves Sialkot with a commercial invoice, a packing list and a certificate of origin, and cartons are marked by style, colourway and size. ZipaSports is a Government of Pakistan licensed exporter; certificate copies are available on request.

What happens if a carton arrives with defective jerseys?

Send photographs and the order reference on WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery. We confirm within 24 hours in business hours, then remake the affected pieces free of charge with the remake in production within 3 days, shipped to you at no charge.
